Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 「産業上の利用分野] 本発明は樹脂塗布鉄板の溶接法、詳:くは鉄板に熱可塑
性樹脂がライニング又はブー・1イングされた樹脂塗布
鉄板の溶接法に関する。
[従来の技術] 鉄板は加工1.易(引張りに強いが、樹脂とは違って酸
に弱く錆び易い。この両者の長所を生かすため樹脂をラ
イニング又はコーティングした樹脂塗布鉄板がある。
その樹脂塗布鉄板は建物の屋根板とか液体を輸送するバ
イブに応用できるが、その場合接合が必要となる。樹脂
塗布鉄板自体は歴史はあるが、この樹脂塗布鉄板の接合
については接着剤を使用するか、接合部分の樹脂を剥が
し、て電気溶接するか、又は折り合わせ接合するかのい
ずれかの方法が用いられていt二。
[発明が解決j7ようとする課題1 ところが一般的に上述の接合方法のうち、接着剤による
接合は接合後に充分な強度が得られ難(、電気溶接1c
よる接合は手間が掛かると同時に溶接後の処理が必要で
あり、又折り合わせによる接合は継ぎ目に空間ができる
という問題かぁ−)だ。
[課題を解決するブー”めの手段] 本発明はF、述の問題を解決ケるため(こ、鉄板に熱可
塑性樹脂がライニング又はj−・ティングされた2枚の
樹脂・塗布鉄板の互いに対向する接合部53を熱風で1

し、その接合部分をローラによって圧着して溶rjさせ
るようにした、=とを特徴とする相1脂塗布鉄板の溶接
法を提供しようとするものである□。
[実施例] 以下本発明による樹脂11!布鉄板の溶接法の実施例に
ついて第1図〜第5図を参照I7て説明する。
第1図及び第2図は本発明による樹脂塗布鉄板の溶接法
を説明するための断面正面1であって、第1図はオーバ
ーラツプ方式によるもの、第2図はおかみ方式によるも
のであり、lは樹脂塗布鉄板であッテ、鉄板IA+、m
PVc(==塩ヒ)、AI)S、凸イパロニ/、PP、
、PE (・−ポリエチレン)等の熱7〕塑性樹脂IB
がライニング又はコーティングされたものである。

オーパーラ、ブ方式の溶接を手動で行う場合は。
接合部分を熱風−(′加熱ニー20−ラ1こよ一〕て圧
着するには、第3図(Δ)に示される電気式熱風機2及
び第3図(■3)にイミされる押さえ治具3が用いられ
る。電気式熱風機2は電源ツー ド2A、モータ2 f
3、フrン2C,ヒータ21)及びノズル2Fを含み、
ノズル2Fの先端から熱風が出るようにな−〕でおり、
押さえ治只3は押さえローラ3A、グリップ3【3を含
んでいる。
溶接をするときは電気式熱風機2 ′5:j’i:TC
持−)で樹脂塗布鉄板1の接合部分を加熱j、他方の丁
で押さえ治具3を持って押さえローラ3Aで接合部分を
圧着しながら溶着するのである。
電気式熱風R2と17では例えば風量50〜・230Q
無段階調整可能l−:]?jA度20〜700℃無段階
調整司能なものが用いられる。
又オー・バーラップ方式の溶接を自動で行う場合は、第
4図(A)  (L3)に示される自動溶接機4が用い
られる3、自動溶接機4は電気式熱風機4Δ、駆動モー
タ4B、駆動押さえローラ4C及び従動押さえローラ4

る。
溶接をするどきは第4図(B)に示されるように駆動押
さえcy−’r 4 Cと従動押さλローラ41)との
間に仲人された樹脂塗布鉄板lの接合部分を電気式熱風
機4Aで加熱L45J脂塗布鉄板lを送−〕で接合部分
を圧MLながら溶着するのである。電気式熱風機4Aは
[二連の電気式熱風機2と実質的に同一・のらのが用い
られる。そうすれば樹脂塗布鉄板がどれ稈長くとも連続
的に溶着することかできる。
おかみ方式の溶接を1゛動で行う場合は、−riいに対
向する2枚の樹脂塗布鉄板の端縁の接合部分を予め17
字杉に曲げ−C↓3き、そのf&合部分を溶着するため
に、第3図(A)に示される−[二連の電気式熱風機2
及び第す図(A)(B)に示される押さえ冶口5が用い
られる。押さえ治[も5は一対のス・1回する押さえロ
ーラ5A、、、スプリング5 B 、スペーサ5C及び
グリップ5 I)を含み、スベー” 4#5Clet、
 !hい戎パ対向ずろ接合部分を加熱するために所定の
間隙を作り、一対の対向する押さえ口・〜:・5Aはス
プリング!51うによって互いに対向する接合部分を圧
着慢るようになっでいる。
溶接をするどきは電気式熱風機2をEi−′f−で持−
・(゛樹脂塗布鉄板1の接合部分を加熱1.他方のヨ)
で押さえ治具5持って一対のく2向する押さえ11−・
ソ!; A’C接合部分を圧着1.なから溶着するので
左、る1、又おかみ方式の溶接を自動で行う場合は、第
4図(A)(B)に示される1−述の自動溶接機4に準
する自動溶接機を使用することもできる。
次に本発明による樹脂塗布鉄板の溶接法の応用例につい
て説明する。
第6図は屋根板への応用例の平面図であって、多数の樹
脂塗布鉄板1が現場にJI2べられ片側から順次オーバ
ーラツプ方式による溶着がされる状態が示されている。
第7図は酸性の液体又は鉄を錆びさせるような薬品の輸
送バイブへの応用例の斜視、、図であって、長尺の帯状
の樹脂塗布鉄板lがスパイラル状に在かれ一端から順次
オーバーラツプ方式による溶着がされる状態が示されて
いる。。
[発明の効果] 本発明による樹脂塗布鉄板の溶接法は、−L述のように
構成されているのC1接首剤による接合より接合強度を
大にすることができ、電気溶接機による接合より簡単に
溶着することができるとともに溶接後の処理が不要とな
り、折り合わせによる接合に比]7継ぎlIの空間を無
く12.より筒中に溶着することができるという効果が
ある。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1、鉄板に熱可塑性樹脂がライニング又はコーティング
    された2枚の樹脂塗布鉄板の互いに対向する接合部分を
    熱風で100℃〜450℃に加熱して表面を溶解させた
    上、その接合部分をローラによって圧着して溶着させる
    ようにしたことを特徴とする樹脂塗布鉄板の溶接法。 2、前記互いに対向する接合部分はオーバーラップ方式
    に重ね合わされたものである請求項1記載の樹脂塗布鉄
    板の溶接法。 3、前記互いに対向する接合部分はおがみ方式に重ね合
    わされたものである請求項1記載の樹脂塗布鉄板の溶接
    法。
