Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は多接点コネクタの案内構造に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来、この種の案内構造においては、第２図に示すよう
に、ＬＳＩチップパッケージ４を挿入案内するための案
内ピン８がベース枠３に圧入され、このようにして圧入
された案内ピン８の一端がプリント基板１に設けられた
基準穴１０と係合することにより位置設定されている。
また、プリント基板１上には、複数のコンタクト９が圧
入されており、ベース枠３に圧入固定された案内ピン８
を使用して、ＬＳＩチップパッケージのピン状コンタク
ト１１をコネクタのソケット状フンタクトへ嵌合案内す
る構成を採用している。
〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕
上述した従来の案内構造では、パッケージ４のピン状コ
ンタクト１１とハウジング２のコンタクト９との正確で
円滑な嵌合を保証するためには、プリント基板１の基準
穴１０の形成位置とコネクタハウジング２のプリント基
板１への取付位置とＬＳＩチップパッケージ４下面のピ
ン８の挿入穴の形成位置との相対的位置関係に高い寸法
精度を要求されるという欠点がある。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
本発明の案内構造は、プリント基板に実装され複数のコ
ンタクトを有するコネクタハウジングと、前記コネクタ
ハウジングの外周を囲むように前記プリント基板に固定
されたベース枠と、前記コネクタハウジングの外周面と
、密着係合する抜き穴と複数の案内ピンとを有する案内
枠と、パッケージに設けられ前記案内ピンが挿入される
挿入穴と構成されている。
〔実施例〕
次に本発明について図面を参照して説明する。
第１図は本発明の一実施例の側面図である。
第１図を参照すると、本実施例では、プリント基板１に
、複数のコンタクト９を有するコネクタハウジング２が
固定さｂ′でいる。さらに、プリント基板１のコネクタ
ハウジング２の周囲にベース枠３が固定されており、こ
のベース枠３の四隅には、ＬＳＩチップパッケージ４を
ねじ固定するためのめねじ部５が形成されている。
ＬＳＩチップパッケージ４をコネクタハウジング２に嵌
合案内するための案内枠７は、コネクタハウジング２の
外周面に密着係合する抜き穴６を有する。さらに。この
案内枠７には、複数の案内ピン８がコネクタハウジング
２の下面に対して垂直に設けられている。
〔発明の効果〕
以上説明した様に、本発明は、ＬＳＩチップパッケージ
をコネクタに嵌合案内する構造に於て、構造の構成上、
プリント基板を介在させず、コネクタハウジングの外形
に、密着係合する、案内枠が取付けられ更に、その案内
枠に、案内ピンが、少なくとも２本以上具備されたいる
ため、プリント基板の製造寸法分布や、案内ピンと、そ
の嵌合穴のクリアランスによるガタ、更には、コンタク
トの製造精度分布に左右されず、それぞれのコネクタ実
装ブロック毎に、コネクタハウジングへ案内枠が、追従
し、ＬＳＩチップパッケージとコネクタの嵌合精度を向
上させる効果がある。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 下面に複数の第１のコンタクトを有する第１の部材と、 第２の部材に実装され複数の第２のコンタクトを有する
    コネクタハウジングと、 該コネクタハウジングの外周を囲むよう前記第２の部材
    に固定されたベース枠と、 前記コネクタハウジングが挿入保持される抜き穴と複数
    の案内ピンとを有する案内枠と、 前記複数の第１のコンタクトと前記複数の第２のコンタ
    クトとを係合させるために前記第１の部材下面に形成さ
    れ、前記抜き穴に前記コネクタハウジングを保持した前
    記案内枠の前記複数の案内ピンが挿入される複数の案内
    穴とから構成したことを特徴とする多接点コネクタの案
    内構造。
