    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 金属製のリードフレーム上に半導体ICペレツ
    トをマウントし、ワイヤーボンデイング等により
    電気的接続を行つた後、全体をモールド封止し形
    成される半導体ICにおいて、該リードフレーム
    の半導体ICをマウントする領域に、少なくとも
    一ケ以上の中空部が形成されている事を特徴とす
    る半導体集積回路。
