Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本発明は、ハイブリットＩＣ基板の構造に関するもので
ある。
（従来の技術） 従来、この種のへイブリットＩＣ基板は、第２図および
第３図に示すような構造であった。同図において、ｔｉ
、　ｚｔは電極、実装部品を固定するための絶縁板、　
１２．２２は回路パターンおよび部品実装のために形成
された電極体、１３．１４．２３．２４は実装部品であ
り、１５．２５はリード線である。また、１６および２
６．２７は表裏の回路を接続するためのスルーホール部
であり、ジャンパー線である。
（発明が解決しようとする問題点） 上記従来の構成では１表裏の回路を接続するための構造
、材料、それを組立てる製造工程を必要とし、また、ハ
イブリットＩＣ基板の信頼性向上のため、接続箇所の点
数を可能な限り減らさなければならない欠点があった。
本発明の目的は、従来の欠点を解消し、接続箇所の減少
により１組立て工程の省略および信願性の向上がはから
れるハイブリットＩＣ基板を提供することである。
（問題点を解決するための手段） 本発明のハイブリットＩＣ基板は、絶縁性の電極板固定
フィルムを用い、回路パターン形成用電極板を両面で保
持し、この電極板の露出部の両面に部品を実装するもの
であり、外部接続用リード線を回路パターン形成用電極
板と同時↓；構成したものである。
（作　用） 上記構成により、表裏の回路を接続する部分がなく、リ
ード線を取付は接続する部分もなくした構造となる。
（実施例） 第１図は本発明の一実施例によるハイブリットＩＣ組立
後を示す基板の断面図である。同図において、１は回路
パターンが形成された電極板であり、リード線部と同体
である。２，３は電極板１を固定保持するための絶縁性
の電極板固定フィルムであり、４，５は電極板１に半田
付などで実装された実装部品（１）、　（２）である。
（発明の効果） 本発明によれば、表裏を接続する工程およびリード線を
接続する工程を省略することができ、接続箇所が少なく
なるため、信頼性の向上が、はかれ。
その実用上の効果は大である。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）絶縁性電極板固定フィルムを用い、回路パターン
    形成用電極板を両面で保持し、前記電極板の露出部の両
    面に部品を実装することを特徴とするハイブリットＩＣ
    基板。
  2. （２）外部接続用リード線を回路パターン形成用電極板
    と同時構成したことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第（１
    ）項記載のハイブリットＩＣ基板。
