Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は高密度な表面実装に対応した混成集積回路に関
する． 〔従来の技術〕 従来、この種の混成集積回路は第２図に示すように、セ
ラミック等の基板１上に厚膜あるいは薄膜等による導体
パターン２を有し、ミニフラットＩＣ等の能動素子３，
チップコンデンサ等の受動素子４，及びクリップ端子８
等の外部電極を半田付５で固着している． 〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕 しかし，従来の混成集積回路は外部電極をプリント基板
のスルーホールに実装するため表面実装に対応できない
． また，基板の周辺部に外部電極があるため、外部電極の
端子数に制限があった． 本発明の目的は前記＊ｇを解決した表面実装用混成集積
回路を提供することにある． 〔課題を解決するための手段〕 前記目的を達成するため、本発明は基板」二に厚膜ある
いは薄膜等による導体パターンを有し、能動素子，受動
素子を表面実装した混成集積回路において，前記基板に
複数の外部電極接続用スルーホールを有し，該スルーホ
ールにポスト状の外部電極を固着したものである． 〔実施例〕 以下，本発明の一実施例を図により説明する．第１図は
本発明の一実施例を示す断面図である．第１＠において
、基板ｌにはポスト状外部電極７を半田付５等により固
着するスルーホール６が設けてある．その他の構成は従
来と同一である．このポスト状外部電極７は基板内の任
意の位置にスルーホール６を通して設けることができる
ため、クリップ端子を用いた外部電極に比べ端子数の制
限が小さく，高密度実装が可能である．また、外部電極
のポストの高さを小さくすれば、表面実装にてプリント
板への接続が容易である．（発明の効果〕 以上説明したように本発明は混成集積回路の基板のスル
ーホールにポスト状の外部電極を固着することにより，
高密度で多ビン、かつ表面実装可能な外部電極を実現で
きる効果がある。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）基板上に厚膜あるいは薄膜等による導体パターン
    を有し、能動素子、受動素子を表面実装した混成集積回
    路において、前記基板に複数の外部電極接続用スルーホ
    ールを有し、該スルーホールにポスト状の外部電極を固
    着したことを特徴とする表面実装用混成集積回路。
