Claims (7)
- モル%で、Tb2O3 10%~80%、B2O3+Al2O3+SiO2+P2O5 16%~89%、FeO+Fe2O3 0.01ppm~100ppmを含有し、さらに外割でCeO2 0.001%~1%を含有する、ガラス材。
- モル%で、B2O3 0%~70%、Al2O3 0%~70%、SiO2 0%~70%、P2O5 0%~10%を含有する、請求項1に記載のガラス材。
- モル%で、B2O3 12%超~40%、Al2O3 1%~20%、SiO2 0%~40%、P2O5 0%~5%を含有する、請求項2に記載のガラス材。
- モル%で、Pr2O3 5%未満、Dy2O3 5%未満を含有する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のガラス材。
- 全Tbに対するTb3+の割合が、モル%で55%以上である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のガラス材。
- 波長1064nmにおいて光透過率が70%以上である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のガラス材。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のガラス材を用いた、磁気光学素子。
