Claims (18)
- 表示基板であって、
アレイ配置されたサブ画素、複数のデータ線及び複数の電源コードを含み、少なくとも1つのサブ画素は駆動回路を含み、前記駆動回路はトランジスタと記憶コンデンサを含み、前記記憶コンデンサは対向配置された第1電極と第2電極を含み、前記表示基板はベースと前記ベースに順次に積層設置された半導体層、第1金属層、第2金属層、第3金属層及び第4金属層を含み、
前記半導体層は少なくとも1つの駆動回路におけるトランジスタのアクティブ層を含み、
前記第1金属層は記憶コンデンサの第1電極を含み、
前記第2金属層は記憶コンデンサの第2電極を含み、
前記電源コードは少なくとも1つの相互に接続されたサブ電源コードを含み、前記サブ電源コードはサブ画素に接続され、且つ前記サブ画素が位置する領域内に位置し、少なくとも1つのサブ電源コードは少なくとも第1電源部、第2電源部及び第3電源部である3つの電源部を含み、前記第2電源部は前記第1電源部と前記第3電源部を接続し、前記データ線は前記第1電源部及び前記第3電源部の延在方向と平行に設置され、
前記データ線は前記第4金属層に位置する表示基板。 - 少なくとも1つの駆動回路に対して、記憶コンデンサの第2電極は電源信号を書き込むように構成され、前記電源信号はサブ電源コードの信号である請求項1に記載の表示基板。
- 前記駆動回路における前記トランジスタは駆動トランジスタと第5トランジスタを含み、前記第5トランジスタのゲート電極は発光制御線に接続され、前記第5トランジスタの第1極は前記電源コードに接続され、前記第5トランジスタの第2極は前記駆動トランジスタに接続される請求項1に記載の表示基板。
- 前記第3金属層は前記第5トランジスタの第1極を更に含み、少なくとも2つの隣接する駆動回路において前記第5トランジスタの第1極は一体構造である請求項3に記載の表示基板。
- 前記少なくとも2つの隣接する駆動回路には対応する少なくとも2列のデータ線が更に含まれ、前記第5トランジスタの第1極と前記データ線は投影に重複が存在する請求項4に記載の表示基板。
- 第1絶縁層、第2絶縁層、第3絶縁層及び第4絶縁層を更に含み、前記第1絶縁層、前記第2絶縁層及び前記第3絶縁層は第3金属層と半導体層との間に設置され、前記第4絶縁層は第3金属層と第4金属層との間に設置され、
前記第4絶縁層には第3金属層を露出させる貫通孔が開設され、前記電源コードは第3金属層を露出させる貫通孔を介して第3金属層に接続され、前記第1絶縁層、前記第2絶縁層及び前記第3絶縁層には半導体層を露出させる貫通孔が開設されている請求項1に記載の表示基板。 - 前記第3絶縁層は前記第2金属層と第3金属層との間に設置され、前記第3絶縁層は前記第2金属層を露出させる第2貫通孔を含み、前記第5トランジスタの第1極は前記第2貫通孔を介して前記記憶コンデンサの第2電極に接続される請求項6に記載の表示基板。
- 前記トランジスタは第5トランジスタを含み、前記第5トランジスタの第1極は前記第1絶縁層、前記第2絶縁層及び前記第3絶縁層を貫通する貫通孔を介して前記第5トランジスタのソースエリアに電気的に接続される請求項6に記載の表示基板。
- 前記第1電源部と前記第2電源部とがなす夾角は90度以上180度未満であり、
前記第2電源部と前記第3電源部とがなす夾角は90度以上180度未満である請求項1に記載の表示基板。 - 前記第1電源部の平均幅は前記第2電源部の平均幅以上である請求項1に記載の表示基板。
- 第1方向又は第2方向に沿って配置された隣接するサブ画素のアクティブ層はミラー対称であり、前記第1方向は前記第2方向に垂直であり、前記第2方向はデータ線の延在方向である請求項1に記載の表示基板。
- 前記駆動回路は第2トランジスタを含み、前記第1電源部のベース上での直交投影は前記第2トランジスタの一部のベース上での直交投影と少なくとも部分的に重なる請求項1に記載の表示基板。
- 前記駆動回路は第1トランジスタを含み、前記第2電源部のベース上での直交投影は前記第1トランジスタの一部のベース上での直交投影と少なくとも部分的に重なる請求項1に記載の表示基板。
- 前記第2電源部のベース上での直交投影は前記第2電極の一部のベース上での直交投影と少なくとも部分的に重なる請求項1に記載の表示基板。
- 前記第1金属層はグリッド線を更に含み、前記第2電源部のベース上での直交投影は前記グリッド線のベース上での直交投影と少なくとも部分的に重なる請求項1に記載の表示基板。
- 前記第3電源部のベース上での直交投影は少なくとも1つのトランジスタの一部のベース上での直交投影と少なくとも部分的に重なる請求項1に記載の表示基板。
- 前記駆動回路は第5トランジスタを含み、前記第3電源部のベース上での直交投影は前記第5トランジスタの一部のベース上での直交投影と少なくとも部分的に重なる請求項16に記載の表示基板。
- 請求項1乃至17のいずれか1項に記載の表示基板を備える表示装置。
