Abstract
Se proporcionan un sustrato de visualización y un método para fabricarlo, y un aparato de visualización. En un plano paralelo al sustrato de visualización, el sustrato de visualización comprende una pluralidad de líneas de acceso, una pluralidad de líneas de datos, una pluralidad de líneas de alimentación de energía y una pluralidad de píxeles secundarios, que están dispuestos en una base, en la que al menos un píxel secundario comprende un dispositivo emisor de luz y un circuito de activación, que está configurado para activar el dispositivo emisor de luz para que emita luz, y el circuito de activación comprende una pluralidad de transistores y un condensador de almacenamiento. En un plano perpendicular al sustrato de visualización, el sustrato de visualización comprende la base y una pluralidad de capas funcionales, en donde la pluralidad de capas funcionales comprende una capa semiconductora, una primera capa conductora, una segunda capa conductora, una tercera capa conductora y una cuarta capa conductora, que están dispuestas en secuencia; una primera capa de aislamiento, una segunda capa de aislamiento, una tercera capa de aislamiento y una cuarta capa de aislamiento están dispuestas respectivamente entre la pluralidad de capas funcionales; y en una dirección de extensión de la línea de acceso, las líneas de alimentación de energía están conectadas entre sí por medio de al menos una capa funcional.
