Claims (10)
- Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2系結晶化ガラスであって、質量%で、SiO 2 40 ~90%、Al 2 O 3 5~30%、Li 2 O 1~10%、SnO2 0.01~5%、HfO2+Ta2O5 0.01~10%、HfO2 0.01~10%、TiO2 0~2%、Fe2O3 0~0.05%を含有することを特徴とするLi2O-Al2O3-SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
- 質量%で、HfO2+Ta2O5 0.05~10%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLi2O-Al2O3-SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
- 質量%で、P 2 O 5 0.5~5%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載 のLi 2 O-Al 2 O 3 -SiO 2 系結晶化ガラス。
- 質量%で、TiO 2 0~0.5%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれ かに記載のLi 2 O-Al 2 O 3 -SiO 2 系結晶化ガラス。
- さらに、質量%でNa2O 0~10%、K2O 0~10%、MgO 0~10%、CaO 0~10%、SrO 0~10%、BaO 0~10%、ZnO 0~10%、P2O5 0.5~5%、ZrO2 0~10%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のLi2O-Al2O3-SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
- 外観が無色透明であることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれかに記載のLi2O-Al2O3-SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
- 厚み3mm、波長300nmにおける透過率が10%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれかに記載のLi2O-Al2O3-SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
- 主結晶としてβ-石英固溶体が析出していることを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれかに記載のLi2O-Al2O3-SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
- 30~380℃における熱膨張係数が、20×10ー7/℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれかに記載のLi2O-Al2O3-SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
- 30~750℃における熱膨張係数が、25×10ー7/℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれかに記載のLi2O-Al2O3-SiO2系結晶化ガラス。
