Claims (7)
- 回転電機の固定子が収容されかつ前記固定子を貫通しつつ回転子が固定されたシャフトが内側に設けられるハウジングであって、
前記固定子の外周面に対向する内周面を有しかつその軸方向の一端部に開口を有する筒状部と、
前記筒状部の軸方向の他端部に前記筒状部と一体的に形成されかつその中央に前記シャフトの一端部が突出する貫通孔を有する板状部と、
前記筒状部の内部に設けられる冷却水路と、
当該ハウジングの鋳造後に前記冷却水路から中子の砂を抜くために前記筒状部の外周面のうち前記開口寄りに設けられかつ前記冷却水路に連通する複数の砂抜き孔と、
前記筒状部の外周面に設けられかつ前記冷却水路に連通して冷却水の入口および出口になる2つの継手口とを備え、
前記冷却水路は、外部に露出することなく前記筒状部の内部に設けられかつジグザグ状に前記筒状部の周方向に延びる主水路と、外部に露出することなく前記筒状部の内部に設けられかつ前記筒状部の周方向に隣り合う前記主水路同士を連結するバイパス水路とを含む、ハウジング。 - 前記バイパス水路は、前記主水路のうち前記筒状部の軸方向の端部に設けられる、請求項1に記載のハウジング。
- 前記バイパス水路は、前記主水路のうち前記筒状部の軸方向の両端部に設けられる、請求項2に記載のハウジング。
- 前記主水路の幅は、前記主水路の厚みより大きい、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のハウジング。
- 前記バイパス水路の幅は、前記主水路の幅より小さい、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のハウジング。
- 前記2つの継手口は、前記筒状部の中心を挟んで正反対方向に設けられる、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のハウジング。
- 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のハウジングを含む、回転電機。
