Description
Claims (4)
- 周方向に並ぶ複数のティースを有するステータコアと、
前記ティースに巻回されたステータコイルと、
を備え、前記ステータコイルは、前記ステータコアの軸方向外側において略周方向に延びるコイルエンド部と、隣り合うティース間の空間であるスロットに少なくとも一部が収容されるとともに軸方向に延びるストレート部と、を有し、
少なくとも前記ストレート部には、冷却用流体が流れる冷却流路として機能する冷却用溝が形成されており、
各ストレート部に形成される前記冷却用溝は、一つのみであり、
前記回転電機は、その軸方向が重力方向と交差する姿勢で設置されており、
さらに、前記コイルエンド部の重力方向上側から前記コイルエンド部に冷却用流体を吐出する冷却配管を備え、
前記冷却用溝は、前記ストレート部の周方向両端面のうち、重力方向上側の端面にのみ形成されている、
ことを特徴とする回転電機。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機であって、
前記冷却用溝は、前記ストレート部にのみ形成されており、前記コイルエンド部には形成されていない、ことを特徴とする回転電機。 - 請求項2に記載の回転電機であって、
前記ステータコイルは、前記ストレート部として機能する第一セグメントコイルと、前記第一セグメントコイルと別部材であるとともに前記コイルエンド部として機能する第二セグメントコイルと、が連結筒で連結されて構成される、ことを特徴とする回転電機。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機であって、
前記冷却用溝は、略半円形の断面形状を有する、ことを特徴とする回転電機。
