Description
・ 人間及び/又はロボットが容器の内容物にアクセスすることができる、アクセス開口と、
・ ベース開口と、
・ 容器がアクセス開口を通してアクセスされ得るように、ベース開口の下の第1のレベルから容器を回収してベース開口を通して第2のレベルまでそれを持ち上げるために配置された持上げデバイスと、を含む。
・ 遠隔操作送達車両は、送達レールシステム上で動作し、また、モータ式車両ボディと、格納容器を運送するためにモータ式車両ボディの上に設けられる容器キャリアと、を含み、
遠隔操作送達車両は、格納容器を容器アクセスステーションに送達するように構成され、容器アクセスステーションの持上げデバイスは、第1のレベルの遠隔操作送達車両から格納容器を回収するために配置される。
・ 複数の容器処理車両を案内するための容器処理車両レールシステムであって、容器処理車両レールシステムは、水平面(P)に配置されて第1の方向(X)に延びる第1のセットの平行レールと、水平面(P)に配置されて第1の方向(X)に直交する第2の方向(Y)に延びる第2のセットの平行レールと、を含み、第1及び第2のセットのレールは、複数の隣接する容器処理車両グリッドセルを含む水平面(P)にグリッドパターンを形成し、各容器処理車両グリッドセルは、第1のセットのレールの1対の近隣レールと第2のセットのレールの1対の近隣レールとによって画定される容器処理車両グリッド開口を含む、容器処理車両レールシステムと、
・ 送達カラムであって、容器処理車両と送達カラムの下側端部に位置する送達ポートとの間で、容器処理車両レールシステムの下の格納容器のスタックに配置された格納容器の搬送のために適合された送達カラムと、を含む。
人間及び/又はロボットが格納容器(106)の内容物にアクセスすることができる、アクセス開口と、

- ・ 自動倉庫グリッド(104)であって、
・ 複数の容器処理車両(200、300)を案内するための容器処理車両レールシステム(108)であって、前記容器処理車両レールシステム(108)は、水平面(P)に配置されて第1の方向(X)に延びる第1のセットの平行レール(110)と、前記水平面(P)に配置されて前記第1の方向(X)に直交する第2の方向(Y)に延びる第2のセットの平行レール(111)と、を含み、前記第1及び第2のセットのレール(110、111)は、複数の隣接する容器処理車両グリッドセル(122)を含む前記水平面(P)にグリッドパターンを形成し、各容器処理車両グリッドセル(122)は、前記第1のセットのレール(110)の1対の近隣レール(110a、110b)と前記第2のセットのレール(111)の1対の近隣レール(111a、111b)とによって画定される容器処理車両グリッド開口(115)を含む、容器処理車両レールシステム(108)と、
・ 送達カラム(119、120)であって、容器処理車両(200、300)と前記送達カラム(119、120)の下側端部に位置する送達ポート(150)との間で、前記容器処理車両レールシステム(108)の下の格納容器(106)のスタック(107)に配置された格納容器(106)の搬送のために適合された送達カラム(119、120)と、
を含む、自動倉庫グリッド(104)と、
・ 容器アクセスステーション(60)と、
・ 水平面(P1)に配置されて第1の方向(X)に延びる少なくとも第1のセットの平行レールと、前記水平面(P1)に配置されて前記第1の方向(X)に直交する第2の方向(Y)に延びる少なくとも第2のセットの平行レールと、を含み、前記第1及び第2のセットのレールが送達グリッドセル(52)の送達グリッド(51)を共同して画定する、送達レールシステムと、
・ 前記送達レールシステム上で動作し、モータ式車両ボディと、前記格納容器(106)を運送するために前記モータ式車両ボディの上に設けられる容器キャリアと、を含む、送達車両(30)と、
を含む、自動倉庫システムであって、
前記送達車両(30)は、前記格納容器(106)を前記自動倉庫グリッド(104)の前記送達ポート(150)から前記送達グリッド(51)を横切って前記容器アクセスステーション(60)の下方に位置する前記送達グリッドセル(52)まで搬送するように配置され、
・ 前記容器アクセスステーション(60)は、
・ 人間及び/又はロボットが前記格納容器(106)の内容物にアクセスすることができる、アクセス開口(61)と、
・ ベース開口(62)と、
・ 前記格納容器が前記アクセス開口(61)を通してアクセスされ得るように、前記ベース開口の下の第1のレベルから前記格納容器(106)を回収して前記ベース開口(62)を通して第2のレベルまで前記格納容器(106)を持ち上げるために配置された持上げデバイス(70)と、を含み、
前記送達車両(30)が、前記格納容器(106)を前記容器アクセスステーション(60)の前記持上げデバイス(70)に送達し、又は、格納容器(106)を前記持上げデバイス(70)から受容し、前記格納容器を前記自動倉庫グリッド(104)内の格納のために前記送達ポート(150)まで戻すように配置される、自動倉庫システム。 - 前記送達車両(30)は、前記車両ボディ(31)に連結されたロールデバイス(32a、32b)と、前記ロールデバイス(32a、32b)を前記水平面(P1)で駆動するためのロールデバイスモータと、前記ロールデバイスモータに連結された動力源と、を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記持上げデバイス(70)は、前記ベース開口(62)の下に延びており、前記格納容器(106)への解放可能な連結のための持上げ枠(72)と、前記持上げ枠(72)を前記第1のレベルから前記第2のレベルに動かすために配置された持上げ機構(71)と、を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記持上げ枠(72)は、4つのコーナセクションと、前記格納容器(106)への解放可能な連結のための把持要素(78)と、を含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記持上げ枠(72)は、開口(OLF)を提供し、それを通して前記格納容器(106)に格納されたアイテムは、前記持上げ枠(72)の前記開口(OLF)及び前記アクセス開口(61)を通して、前記容器アクセスステーション(60)で、人間及び/又はロボットオペレータによって、到達される場合がある、請求項3又は4に記載のシステム。
- 前記持上げ機構(71)は、鉛直に、少なくとも前記第1のレベルと前記第2のレベルとの間に、配置された案内構造(73)を含み、前記持上げ枠(72)は、前記案内構造(73)の少なくともセクションに沿って移動可能である、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記持上げ機構(71)は、アクセス外周を画定する前記アクセス開口(61)に設けられた開口(OHF)を備えた引上げ枠(74)を含み、また、前記引上げ枠(74)によって案内される複数の持上げバンドを含み、前記持上げ枠(72)は、前記複数の持上げバンドによって前記引上げ枠(74)から水平配向で懸架され、前記引上げ枠(74)の前記開口(OHF)の前記アクセス外周は、形状及び配置において、前記持上げ枠(74)の前記開口(OLF)の前記アクセス外周に対応しており、前記持上げ枠(72)が前記持上げ機構(71)によって前記引上げ枠(74)まで持ち上げられたときに、それぞれの開口(OHF、OLF)を通した、前記格納容器に格納されたアイテムへのアクセスを可能にする、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記引上げ枠(74)は、1対のアーム(77)を含み、溝車(79)は、各アーム(77)の遠位端部に連結される、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記持上げ機構(71)は、前記持上げバンドを同時に巻く/巻き戻すための持上げ軸(80)を含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記アクセス開口(61)及び前記ベース開口(62)のまわりに配置されたキャビネット本体(63)を含み、したがって、前記持上げデバイス(70)によって前記キャビネット本体(63)の中に持ち上げられた格納容器(106)は、前記アクセス開口(61)を通してだけアクセスできる、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 容器アクセスステーション(60)は、前記アクセス開口(61)を通したアクセスを制限するための展開可能なカバー(81)を含む、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記展開可能なカバーは、所定の条件が充足される場合にだけ開くように配置され、それによって、前記格納容器(106)が前記第2のレベルにあるときに、前記アクセス開口(61)を通した前記格納容器(106)へのアクセスを可能にする、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記容器アクセスステーション(60)は、前記送達グリッド(51)より上の階に配設される、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 複数の容器アクセスステーション(60)を含む、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のシステム内の容器アクセスステーション(60)を通して格納容器(106)にアクセスする方法であって、
前記方法は、
前記持上げデバイス(70)を使用して第1のレベルから前記格納容器(106)を回収して前記ベース開口(62)を通して第2のレベルまでそれを持ち上げるステップと、
前記アクセス開口(61)を通して前記第2のレベルで前記格納容器(106)にアクセスするステップと、を含む、方法。
