Claims (16)
- 組電池に用いられる断熱パッドであって、
シリコンゴム及び前記シリコンゴム中に分散されたエアロゲルを含み、
前記エアロゲルが無機酸化物エアロゲル、炭素系エアロゲル、有機高分子エアロゲルから選択される一種又は複数種であり、
前記断熱パッドは、前記断熱パッドの片側表面が0.9MPaの圧力で600℃の高温面と5分間接触した後に圧力を解放し、さらに600℃の高温面と20min接触した後、前記断熱パッドの前記片側表面と前記片側表面に対向する他方側表面との間の温度差が≧150℃であることを満たす、
断熱パッド。 - 前記温度差が200℃~465℃である、請求項1に記載の断熱パッド。
- 前記断熱パッドの100℃での熱伝導率が0.022W/(m・K)~0.09W/(m・K)である、請求項1又は2に記載の断熱パッド。
- 前記断熱パッドの圧縮強度が1MPa~30MPaである、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の断熱パッド。
- 前記断熱パッドの圧縮弾性率が5MPa~40MPaである、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の断熱パッド。
- 前記エアロゲルは、粒子の粒径が1.8mm~2.2mmであるエアロゲル、粒子の粒径が0.8mm~1.2mmであるエアロゲル、及び粒子の粒径が0.4mm~0.6mmであるエアロゲルを含み、且つ、
前記粒子の粒径が1.8mm~2.2mmであるエアロゲルと、前記粒子の粒径が0.8mm~1.2mmであるエアロゲルと、前記粒子の粒径が0.4mm~0.6mmであるエアロゲルとの体積比が、(25~40):(5~10):(1~3)である、
請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の断熱パッド。 - 前記無機酸化物エアロゲルは酸化ケイ素エアロゲル、酸化アルミニウムエアロゲル、酸化ジルコニウムエアロゲル、酸化イットリウムエアロゲルから選択される一種又は複数種である、
請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の断熱パッド。 - 前記エアロゲルの表面にポリマーが修飾される、
請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の断熱パッド。 - 前記ポリマーは、ポリエン酸類、ポリエン酸エステル類、ポリエーテル類、ポリアルコール類、ポリオレフィン類及びそれらの誘導体、それらの共重合体から選択される一種又は複数種である、請求項8に記載の断熱パッド。
- 前記シリコンゴムは、縮合型シリコンゴム又は付加型シリコンゴムを採用する、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の断熱パッド。
- 前記シリコンゴムは二成分付加型シリコンゴムを採用する、
請求項10に記載の断熱パッド。 - 前記シリコンゴムは、シリコーンゴム、メチルビニルシリコンゴム、フェニルメチルビニルシリコンゴム、ニトリルシリコンゴム、シラザンゴムのうちの一種又は複数種を含む、
請求項11に記載の断熱パッド。 - 前記シリコンゴムが発泡シリコンゴムを含む、請求項10に記載の断熱パッド。
- 配列して設置された複数の電池セルを含む組電池であって、
少なくとも二つの隣接する前記電池セルの間に請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の断熱パッドが設置された、
組電池。 - 請求項14に記載の組電池を含む、電力消費装置。
- 断熱パッドの製造方法であって、
エアロゲルを液状シリコンゴムに分散して膜状体に製造するステップと、
膜状体を加硫成形して断熱パッドを得るステップと、を含み、
前記エアロゲルが無機酸化物エアロゲル、炭素系エアロゲル、有機高分子エアロゲルから選択される一種又は複数種であり、
