Claims (5)
- 配列番号1のアミノ酸配列を有するTaq DNAポリメラーゼの変異体であって、
前記変異体は、前記配列番号1のアミノ酸配列と少なくとも90%の配列同一性を有するとともに、DNAポリメラーゼ活性を有し、
前記変異体は、K511A、K511R、およびR512Kから選択されるアミノ酸の置換を含み、ここで、アミノ酸位置は、配列番号1のアミノ酸配列に対応して番号付けされ、前記Taq DNAポリメラーゼと比較して対立遺伝子又は遺伝子変異区分性が向上した、変異体。 - 前記変異体は、I707L及びE708Kから選択されるアミノ酸の置換をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の変異体。
- K511A、I707L及びE708Kの3つのアミノ酸の置換を含む、請求項1に記載のDNAポリメラーゼ変異体。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の変異体を用いて対立遺伝子又は遺伝子変異区分性が改善されたリアルタイムPCR(リアルタイムポリメラーゼ連鎖反応)を行う方法。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の変異体が含まれたリアルタイムPCR(リアルタイムポリメラーゼ連鎖反応)キット。
