c)大気圧下で180℃より低い温度で沸騰するナフサ留分と蒸留塔底物とを少なくとも含む1または複数の蒸留物を得るために、ジオレフィン枯渇LWPストリームを蒸留する工程、ならびに
d)水素および1または複数の水素処理触媒の存在下、ナフサ留分を水素処理反応条件に付す工程。

Claims (16)
- 液化廃棄物ポリマー(LWP)を処理するための方法であって、以下の工程:
a)ジオレフィンおよびナフサを含むLWPストリームを提供する工程、
b)ジオレフィン枯渇LWPストリームを生成するために、水素および1または複数の水素化処理触媒の存在下、前記LWPストリームを水素化処理反応条件に付す工程であって、前記水素化処理反応条件が、120~210℃の温度および1~50bargの圧力を含む行程、
c)大気圧下で180℃より低い温度で沸騰するナフサ留分と蒸留塔底物とを少なくとも含む1または複数の蒸留物を得るために、ジオレフィン枯渇LWPストリームを蒸留する工程、ならびに
d)水素化ナフサを製造するために、水素および1または複数の水素処理触媒の存在下、前記工程c)の前記ナフサ留分を水素処理反応条件に付す工程
を含む方法。 - 前記水素化処理反応条件が、1~5h-1、好ましくは4~4.5h-1であるLHSVを含む請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記1または複数の水素化処理触媒が、CoMoおよびNiMoから選択される請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記工程d)の前記水素処理反応条件が、280~350℃の温度および20~100barg、好ましくは20~50bargの圧力を含む請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記水素処理反応条件が、1~5h-1のLHSV、および、100~900Nm3/m3の水素/炭化水素比を含む請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記1または複数の水素処理触媒が、CoMoおよびNiMoから選択される請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記水素化ナフサをスチームクラッカーに供給する工程を含む請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 混和物を製造するために、前記蒸留塔底物と粗油とを混和する工程を含む請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記混和物を粗油蒸留ユニットに供給する工程を含む請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記1または複数の蒸留物が、大気圧下で180℃~360℃の間で沸騰する中間留分を含む請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記中間留分を粗油蒸留ユニットに供給する工程を含む請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記LWPが、廃プラスチック熱分解油および水熱液化廃プラスチック油またはそれらの混合物から選択される請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
