Description
220HVの硬度を有する、ねずみ鋳鉄から成る、車両用の内部通気型のブレーキディスクが提供される。ブレーキディスクは、直径上に互いに反対側に配置された2つの摩擦面2と、ブレーキディスクをアクスルに取り付けるための当付け面6とを有している。2つの摩擦面2は、ウェブ状に形成された通気通路4によって結合されている。コランダム(99.81%のAl2O3、0.1%のNa2O、0.04%のTiO2、0.02%のSiO2、0.03%のFe2O3)により、かつ窒素保護ガス雰囲気を用いながら、両摩擦面2の表面をブレーキディスクの回転方向および回転方向とは逆方向に2回、45°の角度で機械加工し、これにより汚れと酸化鉄を除去して、拡散層の後の形成のための改善した拡散条件を提供する。さらに、表面近傍の領域において、ねずみ鋳鉄の層状構造が変更および除去される。

Claims (18)
- 鋼またはねずみ鋳鉄から成る金属製の基体(1)を有するブレーキディスクであって、該基体(1)は、形成された摩擦面(2)を備えた少なくとも1つの領域と、前記ブレーキディスクの取付けのために形成された当付け面(6)を備えた少なくとも1つの領域とを有しており、前記金属製の基体(1)内に、少なくとも前記摩擦面(2)の領域において、AlSiベースの合金と、前記金属製の基体(1)の鋼またはねずみ鋳鉄とから形成された拡散層(3)が存在しており、該拡散層(3)は、0.1mm~0.6mmの層厚を有している、ブレーキディスク。
- 付加的に、通気通路(4)が存在している、請求項1記載のブレーキディスク。
- 付加的に、前記当付け面(6)の前記領域および/または前記通気通路(4)が前記拡散層(3)を有している、請求項2記載のブレーキディスク。
- 前記通気通路(4)は、前記拡散層(3)と、0.01mm~0.4mmの層厚を有するAlベースの表面層とを有している、請求項2または3記載のブレーキディスク。
- 前記拡散層(3)は、前記層厚において鉄およびアルミニウムから成る階級化された層システムとして形成されており、該階級化された層システム内でケイ素が均一に分布して存在している、請求項1または2記載のブレーキディスク。
- 前記階級化された層システムは、鉄の割合が層表面に向かって連続的に減少し、かつアルミニウムの割合が前記層表面に向かって連続的に増加し、ケイ素が前記階級化された層システム内で均一に分布して存在しているように形成されている、請求項5記載のブレーキディスク。
- 前記拡散層(3)は、前記金属製の基体(1)の材料の硬度に比べて大きな硬度を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のブレーキディスク。
- 少なくとも前記拡散層(3)内に着色物質が存在している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のブレーキディスク。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のブレーキディスクを製造する方法であって、金属製の基体(1)の表面を、少なくとも、形成された摩擦面(2)の領域において機械加工し、次いでコーティング法により、AlSiベースの合金によるコーティングを、少なくとも形成された前記摩擦面(2)の領域において実施し、次いで前記ブレーキディスクの熱処理を保護ガス雰囲気下で実施し、最後に前記金属製の基体(1)の前記表面を少なくとも前記摩擦面(2)の領域において機械加工する、方法。
- 付加的に、当付け面(6)および/または通気通路(4)を、AlSiベースの合金でコーティングする、請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングを、AlSi12またはAlSi6合金で実現する、請求項9または10記載の方法。
- 前記機械加工および/または前記コーティング法を保護ガス雰囲気下で実施する、請求項9から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ブレーキディスクの前記熱処理を、40~300分の処理時間および250℃~650℃の温度で、特に有利には550℃~600℃の温度で実施する、請求項9から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ブレーキディスクを、前記コーティング前に、250℃~650℃の温度にまで保護ガス雰囲気下で予熱する、請求項9から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ブレーキディスクを、前記コーティング前に、150℃~200℃の温度にまで保護ガス雰囲気なしで予熱する、請求項9から14までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングをワイヤアーク溶射、吹付け物の運動エネルギを高めた改良ワイヤアーク溶射、高速溶線フレーム溶射、液体アルミニウム浸漬、ラッカ浸漬、ラッカ溶射、レーザ粉体肉盛溶接、粉体溶射またはガルバニックコーティングにより実現する、請求項9から15までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ラッカのコーティング後に、前記ブレーキディスクの、5~240秒の期間にわたる250℃~650℃の温度までの第1の誘導加熱を実現する、請求項16記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング前または前記コーティング中に、着色物質を供給し、該着色物質を用いて前記拡散層(3)内に少なくとも前記摩擦面(2)の領域においてカラーマーキングを形成する、請求項9から17までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
