前記組成物は、
0.5〜2重量%の炭素と、
3〜13重量%のアルミニウムと、
100重量%になるまで残りの比率の鉄と、
鋼に一般的な痕跡量不純物と
を含むことを特徴とする、摩耗保護被覆。 - 前記組成物は更に、0.5〜5重量%のクロム、及び/又は0.05〜0.5重量%のケイ素を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の摩耗保護被覆。
- 前記組成物は更に、0.5〜5重量%のマンガン、及び/又は0.5〜5重量%のニッケル、及び/又はそれぞれ0.1〜3重量%のタングステン、バナジウム、ニオブ、及び/又はホウ素を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の摩耗保護被覆。
- 前記組成物は、
0.8〜1.2重量%の炭素と、
6〜8重量%のアルミニウムと、
1.5〜2.5重量%のクロムと、
0.1〜0.3重量%のケイ素と
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3の少なくとも一項に記載の鉄合金組成物。 - 前記組成物は更に、1.5〜2.5重量%のマンガン、及び/又は1.5〜2.5重量%のニッケルを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4の少なくとも一項に記載の摩耗保護被覆。
- 特にニッケル合金ベースの中間層が、ブレーキディスク基体と前記摩耗保護被覆との間にあることを特徴とする、少なくとも1つのブレーキ面が請求項1〜請求項5の少なくとも一項に記載の摩耗保護被覆で被覆されたブレーキディスク。
- 少なくとも1つのブレーキ面が摩耗保護被覆で被覆されたブレーキディスクの製造方法であって、
−ブレーキディスク基体を製造する工程と、
−被覆されるべきブレーキ面を粗面化する工程と、
−請求項1〜5の少なくとも一項に記載の鉄合金組成物から成る前記摩耗保護被覆を、溶射法を用いて前記粗面化ブレーキ面上に塗布する工程と、
−延性の向上のために前記摩耗保護被覆を熱的及び/又は機械的に後処理する工程と
を含む製造方法。 - 前記熱的及び/又は機械的後処理は、
−被覆の鍛造又は圧延であって、好ましくは800〜950℃の範囲の温度、好ましくは850〜900℃の範囲の温度での後処理、及び/又は、
−その後に続く熟成は、850〜950℃の範囲の温度で、好ましくは約900℃で、0.5〜3時間の間の時間間隔をかける、好ましくは1時間をかける後処理、を含む請求項7に記載の製造方法。 - −前記ブレーキディスク基体を、ねずみ鋳鉄又はアルミニウム鋳鉄から製造し、
−粒子ブラスト、又は高速水流を用いて、又はアンダーカットを生成する切削工具を用いて粗面化し、
−溶射法には、大気圧粉末プラズマ溶射(APS)、フレーム溶射、高速フレーム溶射、又はワイヤアーク溶射から選択し、鉄合金組成物が粉末である場合は大気圧粉末プラズマ溶射が好ましく、鉄合金組成物がワイヤである場合はワイヤアーク溶射が好ましい、請求項7又は請求項8に記載の製造方法。
