Claims (20)
- 心腔ルーフを有する心腔内での拡張移植のための人工心臓弁装置であって、前記心腔は、環状平面を含む弁輪および弁尖を有する生来の弁と流体連通しており、前記装置は、
メッシュ構造を含み、かつ、前記環状平面上に少なくとも部分的に配置されるよう構成された下面を含む基部であって、前記基部の前記下面は直径D1を規定する、基部と、
前記装置が拡張され移植されたときに圧力がかかり前記心腔ルーフと摩擦係合するよう構成された心房ドーム部分と、
可撓性の拡張可能なメッシュを備え、かつ前記基部及び前記心房ドーム部分に動作可能に取り付けられている、中間部と、
下面を含み、前記D1よりも小さい直径D3を規定する中央シリンダ弁支持体であって、前記中央シリンダ弁支持体は、前記基部に動作可能に取り付けられ、その中に動作可能に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの人工弁尖を含み、前記中央シリンダ弁支持体は、一方向流体連通を可能にするように前記弁輪と整列されるよう構成された、中央シリンダ弁支持体と、

- 前記心腔が左心房であり、前記生来の弁が前記弁尖を含む僧帽弁である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記人工心臓弁装置は、該人工心臓弁装置が前記心腔内に拡張され移植されたとき、前記弁尖に構造上存在しない、または係合しないように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記人工心臓弁装置は、該人工心臓弁装置が前記心腔内に拡張され移植されたとき、前記弁尖を含む前記僧帽弁、左心室、および肺静脈からなる群のうちの1つまたは複数に構造上存在しない、または係合しないように構成されている、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記心房ドーム部分がワイヤ境界を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記心房ドーム部分が、前記ワイヤ境界によって画定される開放構造を含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記心房ドーム部分が、前記ワイヤ境界によって画定される被覆構造を含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記中間部が、前記基部と前記心房ドーム部分との間に動作可能に接続された1つまたは複数のストラットを更に備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記中間部が、前記基部と前記心房ドーム部分との間に動作可能に接続されたばねまたはショックアブソーバを含む複数のばね要素をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 環状平面を含む弁輪と、生来の弁尖を有し、患者の少なくとも部分的に機能しなくなった生来の弁と流体連通している、心腔ルーフを有する心腔内での拡張移植のための人工心臓弁装置であって、
メッシュ構造を含み、かつ、前記環状平面上に少なくとも部分的に配置されるよう構成された下面を含む基部であって、前記基部の前記下面は直径D1を規定する、基部と、
前記装置が拡張され移植されたときに圧力がかかり前記心腔ルーフと摩擦係合するよう構成された心房ドーム部分と、
可撓性の拡張可能なメッシュを備え、かつ前記基部及び前記心房ドーム部分に動作可能に取り付けられている、中間部と、
下面を含み、前記D1よりも小さい直径D3を有する中央シリンダ弁支持体であって、前記中央シリンダ弁支持体は、前記基部に動作可能に取り付けられ、その中に動作可能に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの人工弁尖を含み、前記中央シリンダ弁支持体は、一方向流体連通を可能にするように前記弁輪と整列されるよう構成され、前記中央シリンダ弁支持体は前記心腔内で受け取られた流体の流れに対して開く、中央シリンダ弁支持体と、

人工心臓弁装置。 - 前記心腔が左心房であり、前記生来の弁が前記弁尖を含む僧帽弁である、請求項12に記載の人工心臓弁装置。
- 移植された際の前記人工心臓弁装置が、前記弁尖を含む前記僧帽弁、左心室、および肺静脈からなる群のうちの少なくとも1つに構造上存在しない、または係合しないように構成されている、請求項13に記載の人工心臓弁装置。
- 環状平面を含む弁輪と、生来の弁尖を有し、患者の少なくとも部分的に機能しなくなった生来の弁と流体連通している、心腔ルーフを有する心腔内での拡張移植のための人工心臓弁装置であって、
メッシュ構造を含み、かつ、前記環状平面上に少なくとも部分的に配置されるよう構成された下面を含む基部であって、前記基部の前記下面は直径D1を規定する、基部と、
前記装置が拡張され移植されたときに圧力がかかり前記心腔ルーフと摩擦係合するよう構成された心房ドーム部分と、
可撓性の拡張可能なメッシュを備え、かつ前記基部及び前記心房ドーム部分に動作可能に取り付けられている、中間部と、

- 移植された際の前記人工心臓弁装置が、前記弁尖を含む前記僧帽弁、左心室、および肺静脈からなる群のうちの少なくとも1つに構造上存在しない、または係合しないように構成されている、請求項16に記載の人工心臓弁装置。
- 環状平面を含む弁輪と、生来の弁尖を有し、患者の少なくとも部分的に機能しなくなった生来の弁と流体連通している、心腔ルーフを有する心腔内での拡張移植のための人工心臓弁装置であって、
メッシュ構造と、前記環状平面上に少なくとも部分的に配置されるよう構成された下面とを含む基部であって、前記基部の前記下面は直径D1を規定する、基部と、
前記装置が拡張され移植されたときに圧力がかかり前記心腔ルーフと摩擦係合するよう構成された心房ドーム部分と、
可撓性の拡張可能なメッシュを備え、かつ前記基部及び前記心房ドーム部分に動作可能に取り付けられている、中間部と、

人工心臓弁装置。 - 前記心腔が左心房であり、前記生来の弁が前記弁尖を含む僧帽弁である、請求項18に記載の人工心臓弁装置。
- 移植された際の前記人工心臓弁装置が、前記弁尖を含む前記僧帽弁、左心室、および肺静脈からなる群のうちの少なくとも1つに構造上係合しないように構成されている、請求項19に記載の人工心臓弁装置。
