Claims (22)
- 環状平面を含む弁輪および弁尖を有する生来の弁と流体連通している心腔内での拡張移植のための装置であって、前記装置は、
前記環状平面上に少なくとも部分的に配置された下面を含む基部であって、前記下面は前記環状平面上に少なくとも部分的に配置されている、基部と、
前記装置が拡張され移植されたときに圧力がかかり前記心腔ルーフと摩擦係合する心房ドームと、
ばね状部分を備え、かつ前記基部と前記基部フレームおよび頂部と動作可能に接続された前記心房ドームとに動作可能に取り付けられている中間部であって、前記ばね状部分を備えた中間部は、非弾性圧縮を達成し、結果として生じる付勢力を生成するように適合されている、中間部と、
下面を含む中央シリンダ弁支持体であって、前記中央シリンダ弁支持体は、前記基部に動作可能に取り付けられ、その中に動作可能に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの人工弁尖を含み、前記下面は前記環状平面にまたはそれより上に位置する、中央シリンダ弁支持体と、

- 前記複数のばね要素がニチノールを含む、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 環状平面を画定する弁輪を含む心腔内に移植された人工心臓弁装置を用いて患者の少なくとも部分的に機能しなくなった生来の心臓弁の機能を保存するための方法であって、
下面を有する基部と、頂部と、ばね状部分を含む中間部とを備えた固定構造を含む、収縮可能な人工心臓弁装置を設けるステップであって、前記中間部は前記基部と前記頂部との間に動作可能に接続されている、ステップと、
前記基部の前記下面に動作可能に取り付けられ、内部に動作可能に取り付けられた人工弁尖を備える、中央シリンダ弁支持体を設けるステップと、
前記人工心臓弁装置を単一の心腔内に拡張して移植するステップであって、前記心腔は、前記少なくとも部分的に機能しなくなった生来の弁によって逆行性の流れから少なくとも部分的に保護され、前記基部の前記下面の少なくとも一部は前記環状平面上に配置され、前記中央シリンダ弁支持体は、前記環状平面の下には延びていない、ステップと、
前記拡張され移植された人工心臓弁装置を用いて、前記少なくとも部分的に機能しなくなった生来の弁の前記残りの正常な生来の機能を保存するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記心臓の前記単腔が左心房を含み、前記生来の弁が前記生来の弁尖を含む僧帽弁である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記拡張され移植された人工心臓弁装置が、前記生来の弁尖を含む僧帽弁、前記患者の左心室、および肺動脈からなる群のうちの少なくとも1つに構造上存在しない、または係合しないことを確実にするステップを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 環状平面を画定する弁輪を含む心腔内に移植された人工心臓弁装置を用いて患者の少なくとも部分的に機能しなくなった生来の心臓弁の機能を保存および補充するための方法であって、
下面を有する基部と、頂部と、複数のばね要素を含む中間部とを備えた固定構造を含む、収縮可能な人工心臓弁装置を設けるステップであって、前記中間部の前記ばね要素は前記基部と前記頂部との間に動作可能に接続されている、ステップと、
前記基部の前記下面に動作可能に取り付けられ、内部に動作可能に取り付けられた人工弁尖を備える、中央シリンダ弁支持体を設けるステップと、
前記人工心臓弁装置を単一の心腔内に拡張して移植するステップであって、前記心腔は、前記少なくとも部分的に機能しなくなった生来の弁によって逆行性の流れから少なくとも部分的に保護され、前記基部の前記下面の少なくとも一部は前記環状平面上に配置され、前記中央シリンダ弁支持体は、前記環状平面の下には延びていない、ステップと、
前記移植された人工心臓弁装置を用いて、前記少なくとも部分的に機能しなくなった生来の弁の前記残りの正常な生来の機能を保存および補充するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記心臓の前記単腔が左心房を含み、前記生来の弁が僧帽弁である、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記拡張され移植された人工心臓弁装置が、前記生来の弁尖を含む僧帽弁、前記患者の左心室、および肺動脈からなる群のうちの少なくとも1つに構造上存在しない、または係合しないことを確実にするステップをさらに含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 環状平面を画定する弁輪を含む心腔内に移植された人工心臓弁装置を用いて患者の少なくとも部分的に機能しなくなった生来の心臓弁の残りの生来の機能を保存および補充し、移植された人工心臓弁装置で前記心臓弁の機能を置換するための方法であって、
下面を有する基部と、頂部と、複数のばね状要素を含む中間部とを備えた固定構造を含む、収縮可能な人工心臓弁装置を設けるステップであって、前記中間部は前記基部と前記頂部との間に動作可能に配置されている、ステップと、
前記基部の前記下面に動作可能に取り付けられ、内部に動作可能に取り付けられた人工弁尖を備える、中央シリンダ弁支持体を設けるステップと、
前記人工心臓弁装置を単一の心腔内に拡張して移植するステップであって、前記心腔は、前記少なくとも部分的に機能しなくなった生来の弁によって逆行性の流れから少なくとも部分的に保護され、前記基部の前記下面の少なくとも一部は前記環状平面上に配置され、前記中央シリンダ弁支持体は、前記環状平面の下には延びていない、ステップと、
前記移植された人工心臓弁装置を用いて、前記機能しなくなった生来の弁の前記残りの正常な生来の機能を保存および補充するステップと、
前記生来の弁が正常の生来の機能を提供することをやめたときに、前記生来の弁機能を完全に置換するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記心臓の前記単腔が左心房であり、前記生来の弁が前記生来の弁尖を含む僧帽弁である、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記拡張され移植された人工心臓弁装置が、前記弁尖を含む生来の僧帽弁、前記患者の左心室、および肺動脈からなる群のうちの少なくとも1つに構造上係合しないことを確実にするステップをさらに含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
