Description
請求項1記載の発明によれば、噴射量算出部が閉弁時刻を検出可能な要求噴射量の極大噴射量及び極小噴射量を算出し、噴射量変更部が極大噴射量及び極小噴射量の範囲内で要求噴射量を増減させることで学習部が閉弁時刻を学習する。請求項2記載の発明によれば、車両の運転状態を判断する判断部を備え、噴射量変更部は、判断部の判断結果に基づいて要求噴射量を変更しても車両の走行及び排気に影響がないと判断される予め規定される範囲で要求噴射量を増減する。これにより、ばらつき度合を検出可能な要求噴射量の領域を求めることができ、閉弁時刻を学習可能な範囲を算出でき、閉弁時刻を信頼性良く学習できる。
本発明は、前述した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、種々変形して実施することができ、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の実施形態に適用可能である。例えば以下に示す変形又は拡張が可能である。
ばらつき度合いとして分散値を用いて算出した形態を示したが、これに限定されるものではない。ばらつき度合いは、期待値の二乗を求めるように変更しても良く、サンプルデータから平均値を減算した値の絶対値を取得し、これらの値を全て加算した後に二乗することでばらつき度合いを算出しても良い。これにより、乗算回数を減らすことができ演算処理負荷を低減できる。
Claims (5)
- 燃料噴射弁を駆動することで内燃機関に燃料を噴射制御して車両を走行させる噴射制御装置であって、
要求噴射量に基づき前記燃料噴射弁を駆動したときに生じる電圧の時間変化のばらつき度合に基づいて前記燃料噴射弁から前記燃料の噴射を停止させる閉弁時刻を求める演算部(14h)と、
前記要求噴射量を増減させる噴射量変更部(14d)と、
前記噴射量変更部により増減される前記要求噴射量に基づいて前記燃料の噴射制御を繰り返すことで前記演算部にて求められる前記閉弁時刻を学習する学習部(14g)と、
前記閉弁時刻を検出可能な前記要求噴射量の極大噴射量及び極小噴射量を算出する噴射量算出部(14f)と、をさらに備え、
前記噴射量変更部が前記極大噴射量及び前記極小噴射量の範囲内で前記要求噴射量を増減させることで前記学習部が前記閉弁時刻を学習する噴射制御装置。 - 燃料噴射弁を駆動することで内燃機関に燃料を噴射制御して車両を走行させる噴射制御装置であって、
要求噴射量に基づき前記燃料噴射弁を駆動したときに生じる電圧の時間変化のばらつき度合に基づいて前記燃料噴射弁から前記燃料の噴射を停止させる閉弁時刻を求める演算部(14h)と、
前記要求噴射量を増減させる噴射量変更部(14d)と、
前記噴射量変更部により増減される前記要求噴射量に基づいて前記燃料の噴射制御を繰り返すことで前記演算部にて求められる前記閉弁時刻を学習する学習部(14g)と、
前記車両の運転状態を判断する判断部(14e)を備え、
前記噴射量変更部は、前記判断部の判断結果に基づいて前記要求噴射量を変更しても前記車両の走行及び排気に影響がないと判断される予め規定される範囲で前記要求噴射量を増減する噴射制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関に吸入される空気の吸気量が所定より多いことを条件として、前記噴射量変更部が前記要求噴射量を増減して前記学習部が前記閉弁時刻を学習する請求項1又は2に記載の噴射制御装置。
- 前記車両は、前記内燃機関を用いて走行する内燃機関走行モード、及び、電動機にて走行する電動走行モードを備えた所定の車両であり、
前記電動走行モードであることを条件として、前記噴射量変更部が前記要求噴射量を増減して前記学習部は前記閉弁時刻を学習する請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の噴射制御装置。 - 多段噴射のうち一部の噴射について前記噴射量変更部が噴射量を増減する請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の噴射制御装置。
