Claims (4)
- 熱媒体と空気との間で熱交換を行う熱交換器(10)であって、
内部を熱媒体が通る管状の部材であって、上下方向に沿って並ぶように配置された複数のチューブ(130,230)と、
前記チューブのうち最も下方側に配置されたもの、の更に下方側となる位置に配置された板状の部材である補強プレート(400)と、を備え、
前記補強プレートには、下方側に向けて突出する屈曲部(430)が、前記チューブの長手方向に沿って伸びるように形成されており、
前記屈曲部には、上方側から到達した凝縮水を下方側に向けて排出するための排出穴(440)が形成されており、
前記屈曲部のうち、その下端部(433)よりも空気の流れ方向に沿って上流側となる領域を上流側領域(431)とし、
前記屈曲部のうち、その下端部よりも空気の流れ方向に沿って下流側となる領域を下流側領域(432)としたときに、
前記排出穴は、
前記上流側領域において前記排出穴に向かって上方側から伸びている上流側リブ(451)の高さ寸法と、
前記下流側領域において前記排出穴に向かって上方側から伸びている下流側リブ(452)の高さ寸法と、が互いに異なるように形成され、
前記排出穴は複数形成されており、
複数の前記排出穴には、
当該排出穴に対応する前記下流側リブの高さ寸法よりも、当該排出穴に対応する前記上流側リブの高さ寸法の方が大きいものが含まれる熱交換器。 - 複数の前記排出穴には、
当該排出穴に対応する前記下流側リブの高さ寸法よりも、当該排出穴に対応する前記上流側リブの高さ寸法の方が大きい第1排出穴(441)と、
当該排出穴に対応する前記上流側リブの高さ寸法よりも、当該排出穴に対応する前記下流側リブの高さ寸法の方が大きい第2排出穴(442)と、が含まれており、
それぞれの前記排出穴は、
前記チューブの長手方向に沿って、前記第1排出穴と前記第2排出穴とが交互に並ぶように形成されている、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 複数の前記排出穴の全てが、
当該排出穴に対応する前記下流側リブの高さ寸法よりも、当該排出穴に対応する前記上流側リブの高さ寸法の方が大きくなるように形成されている、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記チューブには、
上下方向に沿って並ぶように配置された複数の第1チューブ(130)と、
前記第1チューブよりも空気の流れ方向に沿って下流側となる位置において、上下方向に沿って並ぶように配置された複数の第2チューブ(230)と、が含まれており、
空気の流れ方向に沿って互いに隣り合う前記第1チューブと前記第2チューブとの間には隙間(GP)が形成されており、
前記屈曲部は、前記隙間の直下となる位置に形成されている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
