Claims (9)
- 熱媒体と空気との間で熱交換を行う熱交換器(10)であって、
水平方向に沿って伸びるように配置された管状の部材であって、内部を熱媒体が通るチューブ(230)と、
上下方向に沿って互いに隣り合う前記チューブの間に配置されるフィン(300)と、を備え、
前記フィンは波状に折り曲げられており、前記チューブの近傍において屈曲している屈曲部(320)と、上下方向に沿って互いに隣り合う前記屈曲部の間の部分である平板部(310)と、を有するものであって、
前記フィンには、
少なくとも一部が前記屈曲部まで伸びるように形成された一対の切り込み(CT)と、
一対の前記切り込みの間の部分であって、前記屈曲部の内側に向けて凹状に変形しているオフセット部(350)と、が形成されており、
一対の前記切り込みは互いに平行であり、
一対の前記切り込みは上下方向に沿って伸びるように形成されており、
前記オフセット部の一部が、前記切り込みの下端よりも更に前記屈曲部の内側となる位置まで入り込むように形成されている熱交換器。 - 前記フィンに沿って空気が流れる方向のことを幅方向としたときに、
前記オフセット部を間に挟む一対の前記切り込みのうちの少なくとも一方が、前記幅方向に沿って、前記チューブの端部よりも当該チューブ側となる位置に形成されている、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記オフセット部は、
前記幅方向に沿って、前記チューブと前記フィンとが互いに当接している範囲と重なる位置に形成されている、請求項2に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記屈曲部には、
上方側にある前記チューブの近傍に形成された上方側屈曲部(321)と、下方側にある前記チューブの近傍に形成された下方側屈曲部(322)と、が含まれており、
前記切り込み及び前記オフセット部は、前記下方側屈曲部の近傍、及び前記上方側屈曲部の近傍、の両方に形成されている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記下方側屈曲部の近傍に形成されている方の前記オフセット部を第1オフセット部とし、
前記上方側屈曲部の近傍に形成されている方の前記オフセット部を第2オフセット部としたときに、
前記第1オフセット部及び前記第2オフセット部は、前記フィンの長手方向に沿った中心を間に挟んで、当該長手方向に沿った両側となる位置に形成されている、請求項4に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記中心から前記第1オフセット部までの、前記長手方向に沿った距離と、
前記中心から前記第2オフセット部までの、前記長手方向に沿った距離と、が互いに等しい、請求項5に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記屈曲部には、
上方側にある前記チューブの近傍に形成された上方側屈曲部(321)と、下方側にある前記チューブの近傍に形成された下方側屈曲部(322)と、が含まれており、
前記切り込み及び前記オフセット部は、前記下方側屈曲部の近傍に形成されている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。 - 熱媒体と空気との間で熱交換を行う熱交換器(10)であって、
水平方向に沿って伸びるように配置された管状の部材であって、内部を熱媒体が通るチューブ(230)と、
上下方向に沿って互いに隣り合う前記チューブの間に配置されるフィン(300)と、を備え、
前記フィンは波状に折り曲げられており、前記チューブの近傍において屈曲している屈曲部(320)と、上下方向に沿って互いに隣り合う前記屈曲部の間の部分である平板部(310)と、を有するものであって、
前記フィンには、
少なくとも一部が前記屈曲部まで伸びるように形成された一対の切り込み(CT)と、
一対の前記切り込みの間の部分であって、前記屈曲部の内側に向けて凹状に変形しているオフセット部(350)と、が形成されており、
一対の前記切り込みは互いに平行であり、
一対の前記切り込みは上下方向に沿って伸びるように形成されており、
前記フィンに沿って空気が流れる方向のことを幅方向としたときに、
前記オフセット部は、
前記屈曲部を前記幅方向に沿って流れる水を、一対の前記切り込みの間に形成された開口へと導くように、前記幅方向に対して傾斜している熱交換器。 - 前記オフセット部が形成されている前記平板部のうち、空気の流れる方向に沿って前記オフセット部よりも下流側となる位置には、空気を通過させるためのルーバーが形成されており、
前記オフセット部は、一対の前記切り込みの間の部分を、前記ルーバーにおける空気の出口側に向けて変形させることにより形成されている、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
