Description
ころ60のクラウニング部72の無次元ドロップ量Daは、次の条件を満たす値である。図3を参照する。ころ60のころ軸方向の中央60bから端面60aまでの距離をLhとする。ころ60の中央60bからころ軸方向にLh×80%の位置を評価位置Peという。このとき、無次元ドロップ量Daは、この評価位置Peにおけるころ60のクラウニング部72のドロップ量をLh×80%で割った値となる。ここでの評価位置Peにおけるドロップ量とは、中間部70の半径と評価位置Peでの半径との差で表される。このようにドロップ量を無次元化したのは、ころ60のころ軸方向の長さによらず、そのクラウニング部72のドロップ量を評価するためである。評価位置をLh×80%の位置としたのは、通常、そこにクラウニング部72が設けられ、そこでのドロップ量が偏心体軸受18のピーリングに影響していると考えられるためである。

Claims (6)
- 内歯歯車と、
前記内歯歯車と噛み合う外歯歯車と、
前記外歯歯車を揺動させる偏心体と、
前記偏心体と前記外歯歯車の間に配置される偏心体軸受と、を備える偏心揺動型減速装置であって、
前記偏心体軸受は、ころを有し、
前記ころは、ころ軸方向の中間部と、前記中間部からころ軸方向の端部に向かって外径が徐々に小さくなるクラウニング部と、を有し、
前記クラウニング部の突出山部高さRpkは、0.063μm以下である偏心揺動型減速装置。 - 前記クラウニング部の前記突出山部高さRpkは、0.040μm以下である請求項1に記載の偏心揺動型減速装置。
- 前記内歯歯車のピッチ円の半径と前記外歯歯車の軸方向寸法の合計値とで表される円柱体の体積を前記内歯歯車及び前記外歯歯車が構成する減速機構の体積とし、本減速装置の許容トルクを前記減速機構の体積で割った値をトルク密度としたとき、前記トルク密度は、2.9×106N/m2以上である請求項1または2に記載の偏心揺動型減速装置。
- 前記中間部の突出山部高さRpkは、0.063μm以下である請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の偏心揺動型減速装置。
- 前記中間部の前記突出山部高さRpkは、前記クラウニング部の前記突出山部高さRpkより小さい請求項4に記載の偏心揺動型減速装置。
- 前記ころのころ軸方向の中央から端面までの距離をLhとし、前記ころの中央から前記ころ軸方向に前記Lh×80%の位置における前記クラウニング部のドロップ量を前記Lh×80%で割った値を無次元ドロップ量Daとしたとき、前記無次元ドロップ量Daは、0.0026以上0.010以下である請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の偏心揺動型減速装置。
