Description
・2つ以上の押出機において、ポリマー顆粒の適切な混合物を溶融する工程;
・前記溶融されたポリマーをフラット押出ダイに通して、前記2以上の層からなるポリマーフィルムを形成する工程;
・1以上の冷却、キャスティングまたはカレンダリングロールを使用して、前記押出されたポリマーフィルムを冷却し、固体ポリマーフィルムを形成する工程;
・前記押出されたポリマーフィルムの端部をトリミングする工程;
・長手方向(MDO)にのみ、幅方向(TDO)にのみ、または二軸(BO)に延伸力を作用させることにより、延伸ユニット内で前記固体ポリマーフィルムを延伸して、前記固体ポリマーフィルムの厚みを減少させる工程;
・必要に応じて、前記延伸されたポリマーフィルムの端部をトリミングする工程;
・必要に応じて、前記延伸されたポリマーフィルムを巻き取る工程
を含んでなる、前記方法において具体化される。
(i)前記金属基材および前記1以上のポリマーフィルムをラミネート装置に通し、前記ポリマーフィルムを前記金属基材に熱接着させることにより、延伸されたポリマーフィルムを前記金属基材上にラミネートして、ポリマーコーティングされた基材を製造し、
次いで、前記ポリマーコーティングされた基材を後加熱して、前記ポリマーフィルムの配向性および結晶性を低下させ、
次いで、前記後加熱されたポリマーコーティングされた基材を冷却する、好ましくは高速冷却または急冷することにより、あるいは、
(ii)金属基材(M)にキャストフィルムをラミネーション(「直接押出(direct extrusion)」)し、
次いで、ポリマーコーティングされた基材を冷却する、好ましくは高速冷却または急冷することにより、
前記加熱された金属基材(M)の片側または両側に前記ポリマーフィルムをラミネートして前記積層体を製造するための前記使用においても具体化される。
表1のポリマーフィルムを金属ストリップの一方の側に、フィルムの片側にヒートシール可能な層を備える15μmの透明フィルム(Mitsubishi Hostaphan(登録商標)RHST15(PET))を金属ストリップのもう一方の側にラミネートし、得られた積層体を後加熱してポリマーフィルムを溶融し、直後に急冷した。
Claims (15)
- 金属基材(M)上にラミネートするための延伸されたポリマーフィルムであって、
前記ポリマーフィルムは、接着層(A)およびバルク層(B)を備え、
前記接着層は、前記金属基材への接着を目的とし、20~50重量%の非結晶性コポリエステルと、50~80重量%のポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)と、0~10重量%のポリマーおよび添加剤とを含んでなり、
前記バルク層は、91重量%以上のPBTと、9%以下のその他のポリマーおよび添加剤とからなり、
前記ポリマーフィルムは、長手方向(MDO)にのみ、幅方向(TDO)にのみ、または二軸(BO)に延伸されている、前記ポリマーフィルム。 - 前記バルク層(B)上のトップ層(T)をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 前記トップ層が、95重量%以上のPBTと、5%以下のその他のポリマーおよび添加剤とからなる、請求項2に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 前記トップ層、前記バルク層および前記接着層に加えて、1以上のポリマー層を備える、請求項2または3に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 前記バルク層が、95重量%以上のPBTと、5%以下のその他のポリマーおよび添加剤とからなる、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 前記バルク層が、99重量%以上のPBTと、1%以下のその他のポリマーおよび添加剤とからなる、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 前記ポリマーフィルム中の合計PBT含有量が、88重量%以上、好ましくは90重量%以上である、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 前記ポリマーフィルム中の合計PBT含有量が、98重量%以下、好ましくは96重量%以下である、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 前記接着層の厚みが2μm以上8μm以下である、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 前記ポリマーフィルムの合計厚みが10μm以上50μm以下である、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 前記非結晶性ポリエステルがPETgである、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 前記非結晶性ポリエステルが、IPA-PETである、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルムを製造する方法であって、以下の工程:
・2つ以上の押出機において、ポリマー顆粒の適切な混合物を溶融する工程;
・前記溶融されたポリマーをフラット押出ダイに通して、前記2以上の層からなるポリマーフィルムを形成する工程;
・1以上の冷却、キャスティングまたはカレンダリングロールを使用して、前記押出されたポリマーフィルムを冷却し、固体ポリマーフィルムを形成する工程;
・前記押出されたポリマーフィルムの端部をトリミングする工程;
・長手方向(MDO)にのみ、幅方向(TDO)にのみ、または二軸(BO)に延伸力を作用させることにより、延伸ユニット内で前記固体ポリマーフィルムを延伸して、前記固体ポリマーフィルムの厚みを減少させる工程;
・必要に応じて、前記延伸されたポリマーフィルムの端部をトリミングする工程;
・必要に応じて、前記延伸されたポリマーフィルムを巻き取る工程
を含んでなる、前記方法。 - 金属基材(M)にポリマーフィルムをラミネートして積層体を製造するための、請求項1~12に記載のポリマーフィルムまたは請求項13に記載の方法で製造されたポリマーフィルムの使用であって、
前記金属基材(M)および前記ポリマーフィルムをラミネート装置に通し、前記ポリマーフィルムを前記金属基材に熱接着させることにより、延伸されたポリマーフィルムを前記金属基材上にラミネートして、ポリマーコーティングされた基材を製造し、
次いで、前記ポリマーコーティングされた基材を後加熱して、前記ポリマーフィルムの配向性および結晶性を低下させ、
次いで、前記後加熱されたポリマーコーティングされた基材を冷却する、好ましくは高速冷却または急冷することにより、
前記金属基材(M)に前記ポリマーフィルムをラミネートして前記積層体を製造するための前記使用。 - 人間または動物が消費する食料または飲料を包装する容器または容器部品の製造に使用するための、請求項14に記載の使用により製造された積層体。
