Claims (3)
- 燃焼筐と、燃焼筐内の下部に並設した複数のバーナと、これらバーナに燃料ガスを供給するマニホールドと、燃焼筐内の上部に配置した、バーナからの燃焼ガスにより加熱される熱交換器と、熱交換器を通過した燃焼ガスを吸引するファンとを備え、ファンの吸引力により各バーナに燃焼用空気が供給されるようにした燃焼装置であって、
マニホールドは、各バーナの混合管部の流入口に向けて燃料ガスを噴出するノズルが複数のバーナに対応して複数突設されたマニホールド本体と、マニホールド本体との間に燃料ガスの分配室を画成するカバーとで構成されると共に、燃焼筐に固定される固定部と、燃焼筐よりも下方に位置する燃料ガスの流入部とを有するものにおいて、
マニホールド本体は、板材料のプレス加工により形成されるものであり、各ノズルの突出高さは、1回のプレス加工で絞り成形可能な高さに設定され、更に、マニホールドに、固定部と流入部とが接近する上下方向の力がかかることでせん断応力が集中して作用する応力集中部となる切欠きが形成されることを特徴とする燃焼装置。 - 請求項1記載の燃焼装置であって、前記複数のバーナの並設方向を横方向として、前記固定部は、前記マニホールドの少なくとも横方向両側の端部に設けられ、前記切欠きは、マニホールドの横方向中央部よりも横方向両側の端部に近い位置に設けられることを特徴とする燃焼装置。
- 請求項2記載の燃焼装置であって、前記固定部は、前記マニホールドの横方向両側の端部のみに設けられ、前記流入部は、マニホールドの横方向中央部に設けられることを特徴とする燃焼装置。
