Description
本発明の第1実施形態を図1~図3を参照して以下に説明する。
本発明に関わる内視鏡先端部100では、LED4は、内視鏡先端部100の外側の観察すべき景色を照明するために光を出射する。LED4によって出射された光は、透明のハウジング素子1を通過し、ハウジング素子1から出てくる。ハウジング素子1は透明なので、ハウジング素子1は光導波路としての役割を果たす。ハウジング素子1内での光の伝播は、ハウジング素子1自身によって遮られることはない。このため、効率的な光の放射が確保される。同様の効果が以下に記載されるさらに別の実施形態からももたらされる。

説明された実施形態はあらゆる技術的矛盾が生じない限り、適切に組み合わせられ得る。一例を挙げると、各実施形態において1つ又は複数の反射板19を使用してもよい。複数の反射板19がハウジング素子1内又はハウジング素子1の異なる適切な位置に配置されてもよい。

Claims (11)
- カメラ(2)と、
カメラ(2)を少なくとも横方向に、少なくとも部分的に囲い、内視鏡先端部(100)の遠位端に延在する、透光性材料から作成されたハウジング素子(1)と、
前記内視鏡先端部(100)の遠位側からみて前記カメラ(2)の真後ろに配置された少なくとも一つの照明部(4)と、
前記ハウジング素子(1)内または前記ハウジング素子(1)の近位端に、前記照明部(4)からの光を遠位方向に反射するように、前記照明部(4)よりも近位側に配置された光反射板(19)とを備えることを特徴とする
内視鏡先端部(100)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの照明部(4)は、遠位側から見たときに前記カメラ(2)の真後ろに配置されていることを特徴とする
請求項1に記載の内視鏡先端部(100)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの照明部(4)は、前記ハウジング素子の外周から間隔を置いて配置されていることを特徴とする

請求項1~3のいずれか1つに記載の内視鏡先端部(100)。 - 前記カメラ(2)はスリーブ本体により囲まれており、横方向から見た場合に、前記スリーブ本体は、前記カメラ(2)と前記ハウジング素子(1)との間に配置されており、前記スリーブ本体(3)は前記カメラ(2)を遮蔽および保持し、前記カメラ(2)は遠位方向に配置されていることを特徴とする
請求項1~4のいずれか1つに記載の内視鏡先端部(100)。 - 前記ハウジング素子(1)は、透明なプラスチック材料又はガラスから作成されることを特徴とする

請求項1~6のいずれか1つに記載の内視鏡先端部(100)。 - 前記ハウジング素子(1)は、前記スリーブ本体(3)と前記内視鏡先端部の外周との間のスペースを埋めていることを特徴とする
請求項5に記載の内視鏡先端部(100)。 - 複数のチャンネル要素は、前記スリーブ本体(3)に組み込まれていることを特徴とする
請求項8に記載の内視鏡先端部(100)。 - 前記ハウジング素子(1)は、前記カメラ(2)の遠位側を覆う部分を有することを特徴とする
