Description
フィルム製造装置10により、幅が1.5mの青果物用フィルム11aを製造し、2000mの長さを巻取機17により巻き取り、厚みが40μm、60μm、130μmの3種類の青果物用フィルム11aを製造した。ドープ12の処方は下記の通りである。下記の固形分とは、青果物用フィルム11aを構成する固体成分である。

上記の1ヶ月間または3ヶ月間の静置後、冷蔵庫から容器A及び容器Bを取り出し、容器部材45内の容器の壁、青果物用フィルム11aの内側の水滴となった結露の有無を目視で観察した。評価の基準は、結露ありと、結露なしとの2段階である。各評価結果は表1の「結露」欄に示す。
上記静置後のブドウを目視で観察し、カビの発生の有無を確認した。評価の基準は、カビの発生ありと、カビの発生なしとの2段階である。各評価結果は表1の「カビ」欄に示す。
上記静置後のブドウを目視で観察し、ブドウの実の外観のシワについて確認した。評価の基準は、以下の3段階である。Aは合格、BおよびCは不合格である。各評価結果は表1の「シワ」欄に示す。
A:実のシワが見えない。
B:実にわずかにシワが見える。
C:実にシワがはっきり見える。
上記1ヶ月間または3ヶ月静置前と後のブドウの重量を測定した。その測定値をMB(単位はg)とする。青果物用フィルム11aによって包装される前の各種ブドウの重量、例えば、トンプソンであれば300gを基準にし、減少した重量の割合を{(300-MB)/300}×100の算出式により百分率で求め、その百分率の値を保管日数1日あたりに換算した。求めた結果は、表1の「重量減少」欄に示す。
シャインマスカットについては、ブドウの軸の色味の変化を、身のある部分、ない部分について以下に目視で観察し、評価した。収穫し開始した直後は、軸はどちらも緑色であった。評価の基準は、以下の3段階である。各評価結果は表1の「軸色見」欄に示す。
A:実のある部分、ない部分とも軸は緑色である。
B:実のある部分は緑色である。無い部分は褐色である。
C:実のある部分、無い部分とも褐色である。
比較例1では、トンプソンについて、帯状フィルムで包む以外は、実施例1と同様にして、容器Aを冷蔵庫に保管した。すなわち、ブドウを包まない状態のままで容器Aに収納した。重量測定による経時でのブドウの重量減量率を測定した。帯状フィルムの内側または容器内の結露、ブドウの実のシワ、およびカビの有無を観察した。比較例2では、容器Aの蓋に窓部を設けなかったこと以外は、比較例1と同様とした。すなわち、全面をPET製の蓋とした。比較例2の青果物用フィルム11aを配置せずにPETフィルムにより窓部を形成したものは、表1の「窓部」の「厚み」欄に「100(PET)」と記載し、「窓部面積」欄と「S/V」欄とのかっこ内の値は、PETフィルムでの値を記載した。比較例3では、トンプソンについて、青果物用フィルム11aではなく、ポリプロピレンフィルム(アクリサンデー(株)製、PPクラフトフィルムPF-11、厚み200μm)で包む以外は、実施例1と同様にして、容器Aを冷蔵庫に保管した。

Claims (15)
- 青果物を収容する容器部材と、
セルロースアシレートを含み、前記セルロースアシレートのアシル基置換度が2.00以上2.97以下の範囲内である青果物用保存部材とを備え、
前記青果物用保存部材は、前記青果物用保存部材からなる青果物用フィルムを用いて前記青果物を包装する、前記青果物を前記青果物用保存部材からなる青果物用トレイにより支持する、または、前記青果物用保存部材からなる青果物用シートを前記青果物の下に配置する、のいずれかにより、前記容器部材の内部に設け、
前記容器部材は、蓋を備え、ポリエチレンテレフタレート製または発泡スチロール製であり、前記青果物用保存部材から形成された窓部を有する青果物用冷蔵保存容器。 - 前記青果物用保存部材は、厚みが40μm以上150μm以下の範囲内である請求項1に記載の青果物用冷蔵保存容器。
- 前記青果物用保存部材は、厚みが60μm以上130μm以下の範囲内である請求項1に記載の青果物用冷蔵保存容器。
- 前記青果物用保存部材は、フィルム形状、袋形状、またはシート形状である請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の青果物用冷蔵保存容器。
- 前記容器部材は、断熱性を有する材料で形成される請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の青果物用冷蔵保存容器。
- 前記容器部材は、コップ形状または箱形状である請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の青果物用冷蔵保存容器。
- 前記青果物用保存部材の重量M(g)と、前記容器部材の内容積V(cm3)とが、以下の式(1)の関係を有する請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の青果物用冷蔵保存容器。
2×10-4≦M/V≦500×10-4 (1) - 前記青果物用保存部材の重量M(g)と、前記容器部材の内容積V(cm3)とが、以下の式(3)の関係を有する請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の青果物用冷蔵保存容器。
6×10-4≦M/V≦100×10-4 (3) - 前記容器部材は、側面のうちの少なくとも1つに前記窓部を有する請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の青果物用冷蔵保存容器。
- 前記容器部材の内容積V(cm3)と、前記窓部の面積S(cm2)とが、以下の式(2)の関係を有する請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の青果物用冷蔵保存容器。
0.003≦S/V≦0.100 (2) - 前記セルロースアシレートは、25℃相対湿度80%での平衡含水率と、25℃相対湿度55%での平衡含水率との差が絶対値として0.5%以上3.5%以下である請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の青果物用冷蔵保存容器。
- 青果物を収容する容器部材と青果物用保存部材とを用いる青果物冷蔵保存方法であって、
セルロースアシレートを含み、前記セルロースアシレートのアシル基置換度が2.00以上2.97以下の範囲内である前記青果物用保存部材の少なくとも一部が、青果物と接触し、
前記青果物用保存部材は、前記青果物用保存部材からなる青果物用フィルムを用いて前記青果物を包装する、前記青果物を前記青果物用保存部材からなる青果物用トレイにより支持する、または、前記青果物用保存部材からなる青果物用シートを前記青果物の下に配置する、のいずれかにより、前記容器部材の内部に設け、
前記青果物を前記容器部材と離間した状態で前記青果物を冷蔵保存し、
前記容器部材は、蓋を備え、ポリエチレンテレフタレート製または発泡スチロール製であり、前記青果物用保存部材から形成された窓部を有する青果物冷蔵保存方法。
- 前記青果物用保存部材が、前記青果物を支持し、かつ、前記青果物と前記容器部材とを離間する請求項12に記載の青果物冷蔵保存方法。
- 前記容器部材は、断熱性を有する材料で形成される請求項12または13に記載の青果物冷蔵保存方法。
- 前記セルロースアシレートは、25℃相対湿度80%での平衡含水率と、25℃相対湿度55%での平衡含水率との差が絶対値として0.5%以上3.5%以下である請求項12ないし14のいずれか1項に記載の青果物冷蔵保存方法。
