Description
本出願は、2018年1月15日に出願された「INTERACTIVE SYSTEMS AND METHODS WITH TRACKING DEVICES(追跡デバイスを用いた対話型システム及び方法)」という名称の米国仮出願第62/617,510号からの優先権及びその利益を主張し、当該仮出願は、あらゆる目的で引用により全体が本明細書に組み込まれる。
Claims (21)
- ウェアラブルデバイスであって、
識別情報を記憶するメモリを備える無線周波数識別(RFID)タグと、
電磁放射線からの電力を利用するように構成されたパワーハーベスティング回路と、
前記パワーハーベスティング回路に結合され、前記RFIDタグがRFIDリーダと通信している間のみ、ゲストがアトラクションの対話型要素と対話していることを示す前記ウェアラブルデバイスの状態を検出するために前記電力を利用するように構成されたセンサと、
前記センサに結合されて、前記状態を示すデータを前記RFIDタグの前記メモリに書き込むように構成されたマイクロコントローラであって、前記RFIDタグは、前記RFIDリーダからの前記電磁放射線の受信に応答して前記識別情報及び前記データを送信するように構成される、マイクロコントローラと、
を含む、ウェアラブルデバイス。 - 電力を蓄積するように構成されたエネルギー蓄積デバイスを含む、請求項1に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。
- 前記センサは、少なくとも加速度計、ジャイロメータ、圧力センサ、音響センサ、又は光センサを含む、請求項1に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。
- 前記検出される状態は、前記ウェアラブルデバイスの位置を含む、請求項1に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。
- 外部光検出器による前記ウェアラブルデバイスの検出を容易にするように構成された1又は2以上のLEDを含み、前記マイクロコントローラは、前記RFIDリーダからの前記電磁放射線の受信に応答して前記1又は2以上のLEDのうちの少なくとも1つを点灯させるための制御信号を発生させるように構成される、請求項1に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。
- 前記制御信号は、前記1又は2以上のLEDのうちの少なくとも1つを所定の割合で断続的に発光させるように構成される、請求項5に記載のウェアラブルデバイス。
- システムであって、
無線周波数識別(RFID)タグを含むウェアラブルデバイスであって、前記RFIDタグは識別情報を記憶するメモリを含み、前記RFIDタグはRFIDリーダからの電磁放射線の受信に応答して前記RFIDリーダに前記識別情報を送信するように構成される、ウェアラブルデバイスと、
前記ウェアラブルデバイスによって支持され、ゲストがアトラクションの対話型要素と対話していることを示す前記ウェアラブルデバイスの位置又は移動の追跡を容易にするように構成された追跡デバイスと、
前記ウェアラブルデバイスによって支持され、前記受信した電磁放射線からの電力を利用するように構成されたパワーハーベスティング回路であって、前記利用される電力は、前記識別情報を送信するため及び前記追跡デバイスを動作させるために利用される、パワーハーベスティング回路と、
前記RFIDリーダからの前記識別情報と、前記ウェアラブルデバイスの位置を示す信号とを受信するように構成されたプロセッサであって、前記プロセッサは前記受信した識別情報と前記受信した信号とに基づいて、前記ウェアラブルデバイスと前記対話型要素との間の対話を検出するように構成され、前記プロセッサは前記ウェアラブルデバイスと前記対話型要素との間の対話の検出に基づいて前記アトラクションの前記対話型要素を調節するように構成される、プロセッサと、
を含む、システム。 - 前記追跡デバイスは、光を発するように構成された1又は2以上の発光ダイオード(LED)を含む、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記ウェアラブルデバイスによって支持され、前記RFIDタグにおける前記電磁放射線の受信に応答して前記1又は2以上のLEDのうちの少なくとも1つを点灯させるための制御信号を発生させるように構成されたマイクロコントローラと、
前記プロセッサに結合され、前記1又は2以上のLEDによって発せられた光を検出するように構成され、かつ前記ウェアラブルデバイスの位置を示す信号を発生させるように構成された検出器と、
を含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。 - 前記発生した制御信号は、前記1又は2以上のLEDのうちの前記少なくとも1つを所定の割合で断続的に発光させるように構成される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記受信した信号は、前記1又は2以上のLEDのうちの前記少なくとも1つによって発せられる光の1又は2以上の特性を示し、前記プロセッサは、前記1又は2以上の特性に基づいて前記ウェアラブルデバイスを別のウェアラブルデバイスと区別するように構成される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記1又は2以上の特性は、色、割合、パターン、又はこれらの何れかの組み合わせを含む、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記ウェアラブルデバイスによって支持され、前記追跡デバイスと対話して前記ウェアラブルデバイスの位置を示すデータを前記RFIDタグの前記メモリに書き込むように構成されたマイクロコントローラを含み、前記RFIDタグは、前記RFIDリーダからの前記電磁放射線の受信に応答して、前記ウェアラブルデバイスの位置を示す信号を前記メモリから前記RFIDリーダに送信するように構成される、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記追跡デバイスは、少なくとも加速度計、ジャイロメータ、圧力センサ、音響センサ、又は光センサを含む、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記対話型要素は画像である、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記アトラクションは遊園地内にある、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 無線周波数識別(RFID)リーダから電磁放射線を送信するステップと、
ウェアラブルデバイスのパワーハーベスティング回路を用いて前記電磁放射線から電力を取り出すステップと、
ゲストがアトラクションの対話型要素と対話していることを示す前記ウェアラブルデバイスの位置又は移動を検出するために前記ウェアラブルデバイスによって支持されたセンサを動作させるために前記取り出された電力を利用するステップと、
前記検出される位置を示すデータを前記ウェアラブルデバイスによって支持されたRFIDタグのメモリに書き込むために前記ウェアラブルデバイスによって支持されたマイクロコントローラを動作させるために前記取り出された電力を利用するステップと、
前記RFIDリーダからの前記電磁放射線の受信に応答して、識別情報及び前記データを前記RFIDタグのメモリから前記RFIDリーダに送信するステップと、
プロセッサを用いて、前記送信された識別情報及び前記送信されたデータに基づいてゲストが前記対話型要素と対話したことを決定するステップと、
含む、方法。 - 前記プロセッサを用いて、前記ゲストが前記対話型要素と対話したことの決定に基づいて前記アトラクションの前記対話型要素を調節するステップを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記センサは、少なくとも加速度計、ジャイロメータ、圧力センサ、音響センサ、又は光センサを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記マイクロコントローラを介して、外部光検出器による前記ウェアラブルデバイスの検出を容易にするために前記ウェアラブルデバイスによって支持された1又は2以上の発光ダイオード(LED)を点灯させるための制御信号を発生させるステップを含み、前記マイクロコントローラは、前記RFIDリーダからの前記電磁放射線の受信に応答して前記制御信号を発生させるように構成される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセッサを用いて、前記ゲストが前記アトラクションの前記対話型要素と対話したことの決定に応答して前記ゲストに得点を与えるためにデータベースを更新するステップを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
