Description
本創作係有關一種樂團遊戲系統之技術,尤指一種結合了穿戴式裝置及行動裝置的應用程式,並增加場域系統及雲端系統,讓使用者可進行各種不同的體感教育遊戲及寵物養成遊戲,再將資料儲存在行動裝置應用程式及雲端系統內,以提升整體實用性之樂園遊戲系統。
現今社會智慧型行動裝置的應用廣泛,連孩童幾乎都有屬於自己的行動電話,且行動電話通常都具有可上網的功能,孩童很容易上網自行下載不適合該年齡層的遊戲,而家長又無法隨時在孩童身邊檢查手機內是否有不適合的遊戲,若孩童沉迷於不適合的遊戲或有礙身心的遊戲時,更容易影響學業及身心健康。
另外,市面上的兒童電子產品,例如:兒童手錶通常以家長的思考為主軸,而都著墨在安全考量,所以大多都是設置定位(GPS)、監控裝置、緊急呼叫及與家長通話等功能,設計主軸都以兒童安全方便最為考量,而不具有遊戲或學習等功能,讓整體的實用性降低。
因此,如何創作出一種結合了穿戴式裝置(如:兒童手錶)和行動裝置(如:行動裝置應用程式),除了可以讓家長透過行動裝置與孩童的兒童手錶作互動外,孩童的兒童手錶也可以直接遊戲及寵物養成,以培養責任心及提升整體的實用性。
本創作之目的為提供一種樂園遊戲系統,主要結合了行動裝置應用程式及穿戴式裝置,並連結場域系統及雲端系統,讓使用者可進行各種體感教育遊戲及寵物養成遊戲而獲取點數,並藉由點數來照顧電子寵物,以培養屬於自己的電子寵物,且各種體感教育遊戲又可提升使用者的手眼協調、敏捷度、平衡感、培養責任心等能力,且家長可檢核遊戲進度及內容,更能指派任務給孩童,讓孩童與家長更有互動性。
為達上述目的,本創作係提供一種樂園遊戲系統,主要應用於電子寵物的養成遊戲,包含:一行動裝置應用程式、一穿戴式裝置、一場域系統以及一雲端系統。行動裝置應用程式,具有一資料庫、一寵物商店及一般商店,供儲存資料、購買寵物用品及一般商品;穿戴式裝置係以網際網路的方式連結該行動裝置應用程式,穿戴式裝置內部設有相互連結的中央處理器、記憶體、無線傳輸系統及複數感應裝置,並內建有複數體感教育遊戲及寵物養成遊戲。雲端系統係分別連結行動裝置應用程式、穿戴式裝置及場域系統,供以網際網路的方式儲存及備份所有資料。
在一較佳實施例中,行動裝置應用程式係供安裝於
各種智慧型行動裝置。穿戴式裝置具體為一種兒童手錶,並具有錶面供顯示時間及替換不同背景。穿戴式裝置的複數感應裝置包含重力感測器、陀螺儀、加速度感測器等,藉此可執行猜拳、跑步、跳躍等體感遊戲。

以下係藉由特定的具體實施例說明本創作之實施方式,熟習此技藝之人士可由本說明書所揭示之內容輕易地瞭解本創作之其他優點與功效。
以下參照圖式說明本創作之實施例,應注意的是,以下圖式係為簡化之示意圖式,而僅以示意方式說明本創作之基本構想,遂圖式中僅例示與本創作有關之結構而非按照實際實施時之元件數目、形狀及尺寸繪製,其實際實施時各元件之型態、數量及比例並非以圖示為限,可依實際設計需要作變化,合先敘明。
首先,請參閱圖1所示,為本發明樂園遊戲系統的結構示意圖。如圖所示,本發明樂園遊戲系統1,主要應用於電子寵物的養成遊戲,包含:一行動裝置應用程式11、一穿戴式裝置12、一場域系統13以及一雲端系統14。
行動裝置應用程式11至少具有一資料庫、一寵物商店及一般商店,供儲存資料、購買寵物用品及一般商品。穿戴式裝
置12係以網際網路的方式連結行動裝置應用程式11,穿戴式裝置12內部設有相互連結的中央處理器、記憶體、無線傳輸系統及複數感應裝置,並內建有複數體感教育遊戲及寵物養成遊戲。場域系統13分別連結行動裝置應用程式11及穿戴式裝置12,場域系統13內設有複數個遊戲區塊及寵物照顧區塊,供穿戴式裝置12於場域系統13內執行各種遊戲及寵物照顧,並可將遊戲資料傳送到行動裝置應用程式11的資料庫內。雲端系統14係分別連結行動裝置應用程式11、穿戴式裝置12及場域系統13,供以網際網路的方式儲存及備份所有資料。
在一較佳實施例中,行動裝置應用程式11係供安裝於各種不同系統(Android/IOS)的智慧型手機,穿戴式裝置12具體為一種兒童手錶,並具有錶面供顯示時間及替換不同背景,且可為電子錶或鐘面顯示。穿戴式裝置12的複數感應裝置包含重力感測器、陀螺儀、加速度感測器等,藉此能感應遊戲者的手部活動,以達到體感遊戲的進行需求。
穿戴式裝置12內設有多種體感、教育小遊戲,可在完成小遊戲後獲得點數,或在完成指定任務後獲取點數,另外在行動裝置應用程式11內的商店購買物品也可以獲得點數,或是參加場域系統13所舉辦的活動也可以獲取點數,所獲取的點數可以使用在購買電子寵物的養成商品、飾品或裝備等等,讓電子寵物更具有個人特色。
具體而言,在實際使用本創作時,家長先在智慧型
手機下載行動裝置應用程式11,孩童配戴穿戴式裝置12,行動裝置應用程式11與穿戴式裝置12連結,家長透過行動裝置應用程式11指派任務給穿戴式裝置12,孩童的穿戴式裝置12收到任務後,即可開始執行任務,並在完成任務後,獲取對應的點數。此任務可為各種體感遊戲或教育遊戲,例如:跑步、走路、猜拳、跳躍或回答生活常識問題等等,以訓練孩童的手眼協調、敏捷度及平衡感等。
獲取點數後,孩童可以直接用於穿戴式裝置12裡自己飼養的電子寵物,幫電子寵物餵食、清潔或裝扮。以培養孩童的責任心。
並且,穿戴式裝置12可連線場域系統13直接在場館系統13內進行遊戲闖關,或在商店內購買電子寵物所需的商品,以上所有資訊都可以直接同時備份儲存在行動裝置應用程式11及雲端系統14內,供隨時取得或更新最新資訊。
再者,遊戲者開啟穿戴式裝置12後,透過網際網路可與另一個穿戴式裝置12互加好友,並可送禮物給另一穿戴式裝置12,互加好友的複數個穿戴式裝置12,能透過網際網路與好友進行遊戲對戰或組隊一起進行遊戲闖關。
另外,雲端系統14可發送每日任務或在特殊節日時發送指定任務(須由家長審核)給穿戴式裝置12,完成任務後亦可獲取點數,點數亦可直接使用在場域系統的商店內兌換商品。並且場域系統的遊戲類型可依照不同需求或版本更新,讓整體內容更
加豐富且多樣化。

- 一種樂園遊戲系統,主要應用於電子寵物的養成遊戲,包含:一行動裝置應用程式,至少具有一資料庫、一寵物商店及一般商店,供儲存資料、購買寵物用品及一般商品;一穿戴式裝置,係以網際網路的方式連結該行動裝置應用程式,該穿戴式裝置內部設有相互連結的中央處理器、記憶體、無線傳輸系統及複數感應裝置,並內建有複數體感教育遊戲及寵物養成遊戲;一場域系統,分別連結該行動裝置應用程式及穿戴式裝置,該場域系統內設有複數個遊戲區塊及寵物照顧區塊,供穿戴式裝置於該場域系統內執行各種遊戲及寵物照顧,並可將遊戲資料傳送到該行動裝置應用程式的資料庫內;以及一雲端系統,係分別連結該行動裝置應用程式、該穿戴式裝置及場域系統,供以網際網路的方式儲存及備份所有資料。
- 如請求項1所述之樂園遊戲系統,其中該行動裝置應用程式係供安裝於各種智慧型行動裝置。
