Abstract
本发明为一种乐园游戏系统及其游戏方法,主要应用于电子宠物的养成游戏,包含:一行动装置应用程序、一穿戴式装置、一场域系统以及一云端系统。让家长的智能型行动装置在下载应用程序后,可与儿童的穿戴式装置连接,家长可以通过行动装置应用程序指派任务至穿戴式装置,让儿童可执行任务并获取点数,儿童亦可直接在穿戴式装置内进行各种体感教育游戏及宠物养成游戏而获取点数,将点数使用于照顾电子宠物上,让儿童能培养属于自己的电子宠物,并可将数据储存在家长的行动装置应用程序内及云端系统内,并通过云端系统更新穿戴式装置的游戏内容,让整体内容更丰富且有变化性。

技术领域
本发明有关一种乐园游戏系统及其游戏方法的技术,尤指一种结合了穿戴式装置及行动装置的应用程序,并增加场域系统及云端系统,让使用者可进行各种不同的体感教育游戏及宠物养成游戏,再将数据储存在行动装置应用程序及云端系统内,以提升整体实用性的乐园游戏系统及其游戏方法。
背景技术
现今社会智能型行动装置的应用广泛,连孩童几乎都有属于自己的行动电话,且行动电话通常都具有可上网的功能,孩童很容易上网自行下载不适合该年龄层的游戏,而家长又无法随时在孩童身边检查手机内是否有不适合的游戏,若孩童沉迷于不适合的游戏或有碍身心的游戏时,更容易影响学业及身心健康。
另外,市面上的儿童电子产品,例如:儿童手表通常以家长的思考为主轴,而都着墨在安全考虑,所以大多都是设置定位(GPS)、监控装置、紧急呼叫及与家长通话等功能,设计主轴都以儿童安全方便最为考虑,而不具有游戏或学习等功能,让整体的实用性降低。
因此,如何发明出一种结合了穿戴式装置(如:儿童手表)和行动装置(如:行动装置应用程序),除了可以让家长通过行动装置与孩童的儿童手表作互动外,孩童的儿童手表也可以直接游戏及宠物养成,以培养责任心及提升整体的实用性。
发明内容
本发明的目的为提供一种乐园游戏系统及其游戏方法,主要结合了行动装置应用程序及穿戴式装置,并连接场域系统及云端系统,让使用者可进行各种体感教育游戏及宠物养成游戏而获取点数,并藉由点数来照顾电子宠物,以培养属于自己的电子宠物,且各种体感教育游戏又可提升使用者的手眼协调、敏捷度、平衡感、培养责任心等能力,且家长可检核游戏进度及内容,更能指派任务给孩童,让孩童与家长更有互动性。
为达上述目的,本发明提供一种乐园游戏系统,主要应用于电子宠物的养成游戏,包含:一行动装置应用程序、一穿戴式装置、一场域系统以及一云端系统。行动装置应用程序,具有一数据库、一宠物商店及一般商店,供储存数据、购买宠物用品及一般商品;穿戴式装置以因特网的方式连接该行动装置应用程序,穿戴式装置内部设有相互连接的中央处理器、内存、无线传输系统及复数感应装置,并内建有复数体感教育游戏及宠物养成游戏。云端系统分别连接行动装置应用程序、穿戴式装置及场域系统,供以因特网的方式储存及备份所有数据。
在一较佳实施例中,行动装置应用程序是供安装于各种智能型行动装置。穿戴式装置具体为一种儿童手表,并具有表面供显示时间及替换不同背景。穿戴式装置的复数感应装置包含重力传感器、陀螺仪、加速度传感器等,藉此可执行猜拳、跑步、跳跃等体感游戏。

行动装置应用程序11至少具有一数据库、一宠物商店及一般商店,供储存数据、购买宠物用品及一般商品。穿戴式装置12以因特网的方式连接行动装置应用程序11,穿戴式装置12内部设有相互连接的中央处理器、内存、无线传输系统及复数感应装置,并内建有复数体感教育游戏及宠物养成游戏。场域系统13分别连接行动装置应用程序11及穿戴式装置12,场域系统13内设有复数个游戏区块及宠物照顾区块,供穿戴式装置12于场域系统13内执行各种游戏及宠物照顾,并可将游戏数据传送到行动装置应用程序11的数据库内。云端系统14分别连接行动装置应用程序11、穿戴式装置12及场域系统13,供以因特网的方式储存及备份所有数据。
在一较佳实施例中,行动装置应用程序11是供安装于各种不同系统(Android/IOS)的智能型行动装置,穿戴式装置12具体为一种儿童手表,并具有表面供显示时间及替换不同背景,且可为电子表或钟面显示。穿戴式装置12的复数感应装置包含重力传感器、陀螺仪、加速度传感器等,藉此能感应游戏者(不需要特别定义对象)的手部活动,以达到体感游戏的进行需求。

藉由上述步骤,具体而言,家长在智能型行动装置下载应用程序11,孩童配戴穿戴式装置12,行动装置应用程序11与穿戴式装置12连接,家长通过行动装置应用程序11指派任务给穿戴式装置12,孩童的穿戴式装置12收到任务后,即可开始执行任务,并在完成任务后,获取对应的点数。此任务可为各种体感游戏或教育游戏,例如:跑步、走路、猜拳、跳跃或回答生活常识问题等等,以训练孩童的手眼协调、敏捷度及平衡感等。
获取点数后,孩童可以直接用于穿戴式装置12里自己饲养的电子宠物,帮电子宠物喂食、清洁或装扮。以培养孩童的责任心。
并且,穿戴式装置12可联机场域系统13直接在场域系统13内进行游戏闯关,或在商店内购买电子宠物所需的商品,以上所有信息都可以直接同时备份储存在行动装置应用程序11及云端系统14内,供随时取得或更新最新信息。
再者,游戏者开启穿戴式装置12后,通过因特网可与另一个穿戴式装置12互加好友,并可送礼物给另一穿戴式装置12,互加好友的复数个穿戴式装置12,能通过因特网与好友进行游戏对战或组队一起进行游戏闯关。
另外,云端系统14可发送每日任务或在特殊节日时发送指定任务(须由家长审核)给穿戴式装置12,完成任务后亦可获取点数,点数亦可直接使用在场域系统的商店内兑换商品。并且场域系统的游戏类型可依照不同需求或版本更新,让整体内容更加丰富且多样化。
虽然前述的描述及图式已揭示本发明的较佳实施例,但必须了解到各种增添、许多修改和取代可能使用于本发明较佳实施例,都不会脱离如本申请专利范围所界定的本发明原理的精神及范围。熟悉本发明所属技术领域的一般技术人员将可体会,本发明可使用于许多形式、结构、布置、比例、材料、元件和组件的修改。因此,本文于此所揭示的实施例应被视为用以说明本发明,而非用以限制本发明。本发明的范围应由后附申请专利范围所界定,并涵盖其合法均等物,并不限于先前的描述。
Claims (7)
1.一种乐园游戏系统,主要应用于电子宠物的养成游戏,其特征在于包含:
一行动装置应用程序,至少具有一数据库、一宠物商店及一般商店,供储存数据、购买宠物用品及一般商品;
一穿戴式装置,以因特网的方式连接该行动装置应用程序,该穿戴式装置内部设有相互连接的中央处理器、内存、无线传输系统及复数感应装置,并内建有复数体感教育游戏及宠物养成游戏;
一场域系统,分别连接该行动装置应用程序及穿戴式装置,该场域系统内设有复数个游戏区块及宠物照顾区块,供穿戴式装置于该场域系统内执行各种游戏及宠物照顾,并可将游戏数据传送到该行动装置应用程序的数据库内;以及
一云端系统,分别连接该行动装置应用程序、该穿戴式装置及场域系统,供以因特网的方式储存及备份所有数据。
2.如权利要求1所述的乐园游戏系统,其特征在于该行动装置应用程序是供安装于各种智能型行动装置。
3.如权利要求1所述的乐园游戏系统,其特征在于该穿戴式装置具体为一种儿童手表,并具有表面供显示时间及替换不同背景。
4.如权利要求1所述的乐园游戏系统,其特征在于该穿戴式装置的复数感应装置包含重力传感器、陀螺仪、加速度传感器等。
5.一种乐园游戏系统的游戏方法,主要应用于电子宠物的养成游戏,供监控者及游戏者共同参考,其特征在于包含以下步骤:
监控者开启智能型行动装置上的应用程序,并指派任务给游戏者;
游戏者开启穿戴式装置,接收到监控者所指派的任务,并开始执行任务,任务达成后可得到游戏点数,并可将数据储存在云端系统及控者的智能型行动装置内;
游戏者开启穿戴式装置,进入到宠物养成游戏,供游戏者喂食、清洁,装扮电子宠物,并可将数据储存在云端系统及监控者的智能型行动装置内;
游戏者开启穿戴式装置,进入到体感教育游戏,以进行各种体感运动及教育游戏,并可将数据储存在云端系统及监控者的智能型行动装置内;
游戏者开启穿戴式装置,通过因特网进入到场域系统,场域系统可辨识并读取穿戴式装置的数据,并与穿戴式装置联机,以在场域系统内进行各种闯关游戏或任务,并可将游戏结果储存在云端系统及监控者的智能型行动装置内;
游戏者开启穿戴式装置,通过因特网进入到场域系统,以在场域系统内的商店购买宠物商品及一般商品,或直接以点数兑换商品,并可将数据储存在云端系统及监控者的智能型行动装置内;
云端系统每日或特定节日发送任务置穿戴式装置,供游戏者开启穿戴式装置后,执行任务并可获得点数或基本物品。
6.如权利要求5所述的乐园游戏系统的游戏方法,其特征在于游戏者开启穿戴式装置后,通过因特网可与另一个穿戴式装置互加好友,并可送礼物给另一穿戴式装置。
7.如权利要求6所述的乐园游戏系统的游戏方法,其特征在于互加好友的复数个穿戴式装置,能通过因特网与好友进行游戏对战。
