Claims (8)
- 帯状の金属箔と、前記金属箔上に設けられた合剤層とを備えた二次電池用電極であって、
前記合剤層は、前記金属箔上に設けられた第1合剤層と、前記第1合剤層上に設けられた第2合剤層とを含み、
前記金属箔の幅方向において、前記第1合剤層の端部は、前記第2合剤層の端部よりも前記金属箔の端部側にあり、露出していることを特徴とする二次電池用電極。 - 前記第1合剤層および前記第2合剤層には、炭素粒子が含有されており、
前記第1合剤層の前記炭素粒子の含有率は、前記第2合剤層の前記炭素粒子の含有率に比べて高いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用電極。 - 前記第1合剤層の前記炭素粒子の平均粒径は、前記第2合剤層の前記炭素粒子の平均粒径に比べて小さいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池用電極。
- 前記第1合剤層は、前記第2合剤層に比べて、L*a*b*表色系でのL*値が4以上小さいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池用電極。
- 前記金属箔の一方の端部には、前記合剤層が設けられず前記金属箔が露出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用電極。
- 前記第1合剤層の導電率が前記第2合剤層の導電率よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用電極。
- 前記第2合剤層の空隙率が前記第1合剤層の空隙率よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用電極。
- 請求項1に記載の二次電池用電極を正極電極として備えたことを特徴とする二次電池。
