図1は、実施の形態1に係る冷凍サイクル装置100の構成を示す機能ブロック図である。冷凍サイクル装置100としては、たとえば、冷凍機、空気調和機、あるいはショーケースを挙げることができる。冷凍サイクル装置100は、通常運転およびポンプダウン運転を選択的に行う。図1には、通常運転における冷凍サイクル装置100の流路の状態が示されている。
実施の形態1においては、通常運転およびポンプダウン運転の双方において、バイパス部が凝縮器からの冷媒を膨張弁に近いレシーバに導く構成について説明した。実施の形態2においては、バイパス部が、通常運転においては閉止され、ポンプダウン運転において開放される構成について説明する。
Claims (4)
- 冷媒が循環する冷凍サイクル装置であって、
圧縮機と、
第1熱交換器および第2熱交換器と、
液体の前記冷媒を貯留する、第1レシーバおよび第2レシーバと、
第1弁と、
膨張弁と、
バイパス部とを備え、
前記冷媒は、前記圧縮機、前記第1熱交換器、前記第1レシーバ、前記第2レシーバ、前記第1弁、前記膨張弁、および前記第2熱交換器の順に循環し、
前記バイパス部は、前記第1熱交換器からの前記冷媒を前記第1レシーバを介さずに前記第2レシーバに導き、
前記バイパス部を制御する制御装置をさらに備え、
前記バイパス部は、前記第1熱交換器と前記第2レシーバとの間に接続された第2弁を含み、
前記制御装置は、前記第1弁が閉止されていることを示す特定条件が成立する場合、前記第2弁を開放し、前記特定条件が成立していない場合、前記第2弁を閉止する、冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記圧縮機、前記第1熱交換器、前記第1レシーバ、および前記第2レシーバは、第1空間に配置され、
前記第1弁、前記膨張弁、および前記第2熱交換器は、第2空間に配置され、
前記特定条件は、前記第2レシーバから流出する前記冷媒の温度と、前記第1空間の温度との差の絶対値が基準値よりも小さいという条件を含む、請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記特定条件は、前記圧縮機から吐出される圧力の基準時間間隔の増加量が基準値よりも大きいという条件を含む、請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記特定条件は、前記圧縮機に吸入される圧力の基準時間間隔の減少量が基準値よりも大きいという条件を含む、請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
