Claims (11)
- モル%で、Li2O+K2O 1~30%、TeO2 30~80%、MoO3 5~30%を含有し、モル比で、Li 2 O/K 2 Oが0.3~5であることを特徴とするガラス組成物。
- モル%で、Li2O 1~30%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス組成物。
- さらに、モル%で、TiO2+Al2O3 0~10%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガラス組成物。
- さらに、モル%で、CuO 0~30%、WO3 0~20%、P2O5 0~10%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のガラス組成物。
- 請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のガラス組成物からなるガラス粉末 40~100体積%と、耐火性フィラー粉末 0~60体積%とを含有することを特徴とする封着材料。
- モル%で、Li 2 O+K 2 O 1~30%、TeO 2 30~80%、MoO 3 5~30%を含有するガラス組成物からなるガラス粉末 40~100体積%と、耐火性フィラー粉末 0~60体積%とを含有することを特徴とする封着材料。
- モル%で、Li 2 O+Na 2 O+K 2 O 1~30%、TeO 2 30~80%、MoO 3 5~30%を含有するガラス組成物からなるガラス粉末 40~100体積%と、耐火性フィラー粉末 0~60体積%とを含有することを特徴とする封着材料。
- 耐火性フィラー粉末が略球状であることを特徴とする請求項5~7のいずれかに記載の封着材料。
- 耐火性フィラー粉末がZr2WO4(PO4)2を含有することを特徴とする請求項5~8のいずれかに記載の封着材料。
- 水晶振動子用途に使用されることを特徴とする請求項5~9のいずれかに記載の封着材料。
- 請求項5~10のいずれかに記載の封着材料とビークルとを含有することを特徴とする封着材料ペースト。
