- Verona Redの大理石 30~40μm
- Ebony Blackの大理石 30~40μm
- Mori Yellowの大理石 30μm
- Alps Greenの大理石 30μm
- 白色の大理石 10~40μm
- 脱水した大理石+樹脂スラッジ 8μm
一般に、粉末粒子の最大寸法は、40~50ミクロンの範囲にあることが好ましい。
- 直交生地に関しては少なくとも2本(家具向けの生地の場合は3本)の糸の破断、およびメリヤス生地に関しては1本の糸の破断があるとき、あるいは不織布に関しては少なくとも0.5mmの直径の穴が形成される場合、
- 組織または糸底の完全な露出が、それぞれビロードタイプの生地およびパイル生地に対して生じる場合に、終了する。試験品の評価は、例えば:
- 表面上の斑点の形成、
- 生地組織の部分的な露出、
- 衣類、ベロア、ムフロンなどの、毛羽立ちがないが覆われた組織を有する生地組織の完全な露出、
- 生地の色の変化、
- 生地の外観または構造を損なうと思われる他の変化、などの著しい外観変化も考慮に入れる。この方法を用いて、摩耗に続く生地の質量損失を決定することも可能である。
長さ約400メートルの膜を生産するために:
- 70%のPUおよび30%のトルエンから構成される、80kgのポリウレタン+トルエン混合物(例えば、Baxender(登録商標)社により生産される)
- 15kgの廃物大理石(8μm)または約30μmの寸法を有する約10kgの大理石の粉末
- 耐火成分のための640gのFR118 IGNIF
- 1.5kgのBlack Color 11/C、または作製したい大理石/膜の色に応じる他の液体顔料
- 1kgのIRIODIN MINATEC 230 AIR、または作製したい大理石/膜色に応じる他の粉体染料
- 5kgのトルエン(既にLSブレンド中に存在するものに加えて)
- 非透過性: ≧5,000mm EN ISO 20811
- 透湿性(RET): ≦40m2Pa/W EN ISO 31092、防風性:≦1mm/秒 EN ISO 9237
- 耐摩耗性: 150,000サイクル、上記のマーチンデール試験。
- 耐火性: 上記の「Cigarette」試験、肯定的に合格。
- 色: 選択される大理石のタイプにより得られる色に基づくが、染料を、色を復活させるか、または変更するために添加することができる。
- 手ざわり: 柔らかい触覚効果は、大理石を構成する炭酸カルシウム、および使用される紙のタイプ(本発明者らの場合はビロード紙)により得られる
- 非粘着性であり、非常に耐摩耗性があり、水およびドライクリーニングで洗濯可能である。
- 膜の融点は、180℃である。
- 例えば、Baxender(登録商標)社により生産される45/60%の乾燥ポリウレタン、25/40%の酢酸エチル
- 15%の廃物大理石(8μm) - 8μmを超える粒度分布を有する他のタイプの大理石が使用される場合は、10%も可能である。
- 非透過性: ≧10,000mm EN ISO 20811(衣類よりも高い)
- 透湿性(RET): ≦非透湿性、防風性: ≦1mm/秒 EN ISO 9237
- 耐摩耗性: 150,000サイクル、マーチンデール試験
- 耐火性: ブレンド内に衣類分野におけるものと同じ添加剤が存在する。
- 色: 選択される大理石のタイプにより得られる色に基づくが、染料を、色を復活させるか、または変更するために添加することができる。
- 手ざわり: 柔らかい触覚効果は、大理石を構成する炭酸カルシウム、および使用される紙のタイプ(本発明者らの場合はビロード紙)により得られる
- 非粘着性であり、非常に耐摩耗性があり、水およびドライクリーニングで洗濯可能である。使用される大理石の粉末は、上記の通りである。
- 衣類分野で使用するに好適なポリウレタン+大理石の粉末の混合物(上記を参照されたい)、そうでなければ
- 非透湿性ポリウレタン+大理石の粉末の混合物(上記を参照されたい)、そうでなければ
- 家具に好適なポリウレタン+大理石の粉末の混合物(上記を参照されたい)。
- 非透過性: ≧5,000mm EN ISO 20811
- 透湿性(RET): ≦40m2Pa/W EN ISO 31092、防風性:≦1mm/秒 EN ISO 9237
- 耐摩耗性: 150,000サイクル、マーチンデール試験
- 耐火性: 上記の「Cigarette」試験、肯定的に合格。
Claims (14)
- ポリマーまたはポリマー混合物中に分散させた岩石の粉末を含む、生地または凝固支持体に結合することができる膜であって、前記岩石の粉末の粒子が、1μm~100μmの間の直径を有するものであり、前記岩石は、大理石、花崗岩、石英、およびオニキスからなる群から選択される1種または複数の岩石であり、前記岩石の粉末の量が、膜の総質量に対して3質量%~50質量%の間であり、前記膜は転写紙に配されていることを特徴とする、膜。
- 岩石が大理石であり、好ましくは、ベローナレッド(Verona Red)、ガルダローズ(Garda Rose)、モリイエロー(Mori Yellow)、エボニーブラック(Ebony Black)、アルプスグリーン(Alps Green)、カララホワイト(Carrara White)、ならびに大理石および集塊岩の鋸断スラッジから回収された回収粉末から選択される1種または複数の大理石である、請求項1に記載の膜。
- 岩石の粉末の粒子が、5~70μmの間、好ましくは8~50μmの間の直径を有する、請求項1または2に記載の膜。
- 岩石の粉末の量が、3質量%~30質量%の間、好ましくは10質量%~15質量%の間である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の膜。
- ポリマーまたはポリマー混合物が、ポリウレタン(PU)、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、およびポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)からなる群から選択される1種または複数のポリマーであり、好ましくはポリウレタン、より好ましくは脂肪族ポリウレタンである、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の膜。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の膜を含む物品であって、前記膜は、前記物品の表面の少なくとも一部に結合している、物品。
- 生地または凝固支持体である、請求項6に記載の物品。
- 生地が、天然もしくは人造繊維を用いた生地、またはそれらの組み合わせから選択され、凝固支持体が、不織布、ライクラジャージ、革、および擬革から選択される、請求項7に記載の物品。
- 衣類、インテリア、フットウェア、家具、衣類アクセサリー、補足的な家具、アウトドアデザイン、カーラッピング、船遊び、輸送手段、または壁紙の分野における物品から選択される、請求項6~8のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 請求項1に記載の膜を製造するための方法であって、前記膜を、岩石の粉末およびポリマーまたはポリマー混合物のブレンドから1または複数の層として作製する工程を含み、前記岩石の粉末の粒子が、1~100μmの間の直径を有するものであり、前記岩石は、大理石、花崗岩、石英、およびオニキスからなる群から選択される1種または複数の岩石であり、前記岩石の粉末の量が、膜の総質量に対して3質量%~50質量%であり、前記膜は転写紙に配されていることを特徴とする、方法。
- 岩石の粉末の量が、膜の総質量に対して3質量%~30質量%、好ましくは10質量%~15質量%である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 岩石の粉末およびポリマーまたはポリマー混合物のブレンド(2)を、1または複数の層、好ましくは単層として転写紙(1)に塗布する工程;および
乾燥オーブン(3)中で乾燥させ、転写紙に結合した膜を得る工程
を含む、請求項10または11に記載の方法。 - 請求項6に記載の物品を製造する方法であって、
岩石の粉末およびポリマーまたはポリマー混合物のブレンド(2)を、1または複数の層、好ましくは単層として転写紙(1)に塗布する工程;
乾燥オーブン(3)中で乾燥させ、転写紙に結合した膜を得る工程、
前記膜を、接着により、生地または凝固持体に結合する工程;
結合を安定させるのに適合されたカレンダ(5)中で乾燥させる工程;および
前記膜が結合した生地または凝固支持体から転写紙を分離する工程
を含む、方法。 - 岩石の粉末が、大理石、好ましくは、ベローナレッド(Verona Red)、ガルダローズ(Garda Rose)、モリイエロー(Mori Yellow)、エボニーブラック(Ebony Black)、アルプスグリーン(Alps Green)、カララホワイト(Carrara White)、ならびに大理石および集塊岩の鋸断スラッジから回収された回収粉末から選択される1種または複数の大理石の粉末である、請求項10~13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
