本发明涉及一种合成革的制备工艺。
背景技术
目前,合成革成品已经越来越多地应用在人们的日常生活中,比如用于沙发、箱包等等,成为人们生活中不可缺少的一部分。带有金属膜的合成革具有金属质感,但其存在以下问题:表面耐磨性不佳,容易脱落,影响了产品的性能,也影响了使用感受。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明设计开发了一种金属膜不易脱落的合成革的制备工艺。
本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种合成革的制备工艺,包括:
步骤一、制备合成革用离型纸,所述合成革用离型纸的制备过程为:在镜面离型纸上均匀涂布浆料,所述浆料为由按重量份数计的以下组分混合而成:热塑性聚氨酯树脂120-150份,二甲基甲酰胺50-60份,纳米级纤维素添加剂0.05-0.08份,氨基改性聚硅氧烷0.2-0.4份,其中,所述纳米级纤维素添加剂的粒径为100-200nm;将涂布有浆料的镜面离型纸经过110-120℃烘干,制备得到合成革用离型纸;
步骤二、将合成革用离型纸结合至合成革基层上;
步骤三、将合成革用离型纸剥离,从而得到合成革。
优选的是,所述的合成革的制备工艺中,所述步骤一中,所述浆料为由按重量份数计的以下组分混合而成:热塑性聚氨酯树脂120份,二甲基甲酰胺50份,纳米级纤维素添加剂0.08份,氨基改性聚硅氧烷0.4份。
优选的是,所述的合成革的制备工艺中,所述步骤一中,所述纳米级纤维素添加剂的粒径为150-200nm。

本发明所述的合成革的制备工艺制备出一种合成革用离型纸,可与合成革基层进行紧密结合,从而在使用过程中不易从合成革基层剥离,提高了合成革的耐用性,延长了其使用寿命。

步骤二、将合成革用离型纸结合至合成革基层上;
步骤三、将合成革用离型纸剥离,从而得到合成革。
本发明在制备合成革用离型纸的过程中,采用热塑性聚氨酯树脂具有高耐磨性,使得最终形成的金属膜具有良好的耐磨性,增强合成革的耐用性;纳米级纤维素添加剂加入之后,可以使金属膜表现出良好的可变形性,并且有助于金属膜与合成革基层保持紧密地结合,即在合成革基层发生变形时,金属膜可以随着合成革基层发生变形,使其不易从合成革基层上脱落。
优选的是,所述的合成革的制备工艺中,所述步骤一中,所述浆料为由按重量份数计的以下组分混合而成:热塑性聚氨酯树脂120份,二甲基甲酰胺50份,纳米级纤维素添加剂0.08份,氨基改性聚硅氧烷0.4份。
优选的是,所述的合成革的制备工艺中,所述步骤一中,所述纳米级纤维素添加剂的粒径为150-200nm。
