Claims (10)
- 軸方向(2)に延びる回転軸(3)を有する摩擦装置(1)を備えるねじり振動ダンパであって、前記摩擦装置(1)は、第1のディスク(5)および第2のディスク(6)を含む入力側(4)と、前記軸方向(2)に前記ディスク(5)と前記ディスク(6)との間に配置され、前記入力側(4)に対して回転することができ、かつ第1の摩擦ディスク(8)および第2の摩擦ディスク(9)を有する出力側(7)と、を備え、前記出力側(7)は、複数の接触領域(11、12、13)を備えるばね要素(10)を有し、前記ばね要素(10)は、前記軸方向(2)に前記摩擦ディスク(8)と前記摩擦ディスク(9)との間に配置され、かつ前記軸方向(2)に少なくとも前記摩擦ディスク(8)と前記摩擦ディスク(9)との間に作用する接触力(14)を、前記接触領域(11、12、13)を介して伝達することができ、前記入力側(4)と前記出力側(7)との間の回転角(15)に従って、互いに異なる直径(16、17)において配置され、かつ同じ前記摩擦ディスク(8、9)に接触する、少なくとも第1の接触領域(11)または第2の接触領域(12)を介して、前記接触力(14)を伝達することができる、摩擦装置(1)を備えるねじり振動ダンパ。
- 少なくとも前記第1のディスク(5)は、前記軸方向(2)を向いた、前記第1の摩擦ディスク(8)の少なくとも1つの対向する第1の摩擦ゾーン(19)に前記軸方向(2)で接触するための、複数の第1の接触ゾーン(18)を有し、前記複数の第1の接触ゾーン(18)は、互いに周方向(20)に離間されている、請求項1に記載の摩擦装置(1)を備えるねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1の摩擦ゾーン(19)は、互いに異なる直径領域(21、22)において、前記周方向(20)に配置されている、請求項2に記載の摩擦装置(1)を備えるねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記第1の摩擦ディスク(8)は、前記ばね要素(10)の前記第1の接触領域(11)と接触するための、少なくとも1つの第1の内側接触要素(23)と、前記第2の接触領域(12)と接触するための、少なくとも1つの第1の外側接触要素(24)とを有する、請求項3に記載の摩擦装置(1)を備えるねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記第1の摩擦ディスク(8)は、前記周方向(20)に互いに離間して配置されている、少なくとも複数の第1の内側接触要素(23)を有する、請求項4に記載の摩擦装置(1)を備える摩擦ねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記第1の内側接触要素(23)の各々は、前記軸方向(2)において、前記少なくとも1つの第1の摩擦ゾーン(19)を備えて少なくとも部分的に位置合わせされて配置されている、請求項5に記載の摩擦装置(1)を備えるねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記第2のディスク(6)は、周方向(20)で周囲に延び、かつ前記第2の摩擦ディスク(9)の対向する第2の摩擦ゾーン(26)と前記軸方向(2)で接触するための、前記軸方向(2)を向いた第2の接触ゾーン(25)を有する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の摩擦装置(1)を備えるねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記第2の摩擦ディスク(9)は、周方向(20)で周囲に延び、前記ばね要素(10)の第3の接触領域(13)と接触するための、第2の接触要素(27)を有する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の摩擦装置(1)を備えるねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記第2の接触要素(27)は、最大直径(28)の位置に配置され、前記摩擦装置(1)における前記接触力(14)を、前記第2の接触要素(27)を介して伝達することができる、請求項8に記載の摩擦装置(1)を備えるねじり振動ダンパ。
- 前記ばね要素(10)は、周方向(20)について、前記摩擦ディスク(8、9)の各々と形状嵌合的に接続されている、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の摩擦装置(1)を備えるねじり振動ダンパ。
