Description
図1は、第1の実施形態にかかる内燃機関の点火制御装置40を含む制御システム1の概略構成を示す図である。内燃機関の制御システム1は、図1に示すように、交流発電機10と、レギュレータ(REG)20と、パルサ30と、点火制御装置(ECU)40と、イグニッションコイル(IGコイル)50とを備えている。
Claims (5)
- 内燃機関のピストンの往復動と同期してロータが回転駆動された交流発電機の回転速度を算出する回転速度算出部と、
回転速度算出部によって算出された回転速度に基づいて前記内燃機関の点火時期を決定する点火時期決定部と、
前記点火時期決定部によって決定された時期に前記内燃機関に点火されるようにイグニッションコイルに電力供給する点火制御部と、
を備えた内燃機関の点火制御装置であって、
前記回転速度算出部は、前記内燃機関の始動に際しては、前記交流発電機の少なくとも一相の交流出力電圧の極性を示す極性信号と、前記交流発電機の前記ロータが所定の回転位置を通過したことを示す回転信号とに基づいて、前記ロータの回転速度を算出することを特徴とする内燃機関の点火制御装置。 - 前記極性信号は、前記ロータの回転速度によって周期が変動する交流出力電圧の極性の変化に基づいて前記ロータの1回転あたりに所定数生成される2値の連続パルスを含み、
前記回転信号は、前記ロータが所定の回転位置を通過するごとに生成される正と負の単発パルスのセットを含み、
前記回転速度算出部は、前記回転信号において最初に識別可能な前記単発パルスの検出時刻から、当該単発パルスを識別した直前に前記極性信号において識別した連続パルスの検出時刻を差し引いた時間Δtを算出し、当該時間Δtで所定の回転位相ωとを用いて前記ロータの回転速度を算出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の点火制御装置。 - 前記回転速度算出部は、前記内燃機関の始動後では、前記回転信号のみに基づいて前記ロータの回転速度を算出することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関の点火制御装置。
- ロータが回転駆動されることにより交流出力電圧を生成する交流発電機と、
前記交流発電機の交流出力電圧を受け取り、該交流出力電圧を直流出力電圧に変換するレギュレータと、
前記ロータの回転を識別可能な所定の回転位置に設けられたパルサと、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の点火制御装置と、
を備えた内燃機関の制御システムであって、
前記レギュレータは、各値が少なくとも一相の前記交流出力電圧の極性に対応した2値の連続パルスを含む極性信号を生成する極性信号生成部を有することを特徴とする内燃機関の制御システム。 - 前記ロータは、円周上に設けられた突起部を有し、
前記パルサは、前記ロータの前記突起部が前記所定の回転位置を通過したときに起電力を生ずるピックアップコイルを有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の内燃機関の制御システム。
