Description
図1は、ダンパ装置100の正面図、図2は図1のII-II線断面図である。図2においては、例えば、ダンパ装置100の左側にエンジンが配置され、右側に変速装置等を含む駆動ユニットが配置されている。なお、図1及び図2を用いた説明において、軸方向とは、ダンパ装置100の回転軸Oが延びる方向である。また、径方向とは、ダンパ装置100の回転軸Oを中心とした円の径方向である。また、円周方向とは、ダンパ装置100の回転軸Oを中心とした円の周方向である。
一対の入力プレート11a、11bは、軸方向において互いに間隔をあけて配置されている。一対の入力プレート11a、11bの少なくとも一方に、例えば、トルクリミッタユニット(図示省略)などを連結することができる。
ハブフランジ12は、各入力プレート11a、11bと相対回転可能に配置されている。ハブフランジ12は、ハブ部121及びフランジ部122を有している。ハブ部121は、筒状であって、内周面にスプライン孔123が形成されている。このスプライン孔123に、駆動ユニットの入力軸がスプライン係合可能である。
各コイルばね13は、一対の入力プレート11a、11bとハブフランジ12とを弾性的に連結している。コイルばね13は、ハブフランジ12の収容部124に収容されている。コイルばね13は、一対の入力プレート11a、11bの窓部111によって軸方向及び径方向に保持されている。また、円周方向において、コイルばね13の両端面は、それぞれ各窓部111の端面に当接可能である。また、円周方向において、コイルばね13の両端面は、収容部124の端面に当接可能である。
トーションダンパ10は、コイルばね13内に配置されている。トーションダンパ10の外周面は、コイルばね13の内周面と当接している。このため、トーションダンパ10は、コイルばね13によって保持されている。コイルばね13が圧縮していない状態において、トーションダンパ10の両端面は、入力プレート11a、11b及びハブフランジ12のいずれにも接触していない。
エンジンからの動力は、フライホイールなどを介してダンパ装置100に入力される。ダンパ装置100では、一対の入力プレート11a、11bに動力が入力され、この動力は、コイルばね13を介してハブフランジ12に伝達される。そして、ハブフランジ12から、さらに出力側の変速機等に動力が伝達される。
本発明は以上のような実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の範囲を逸脱することなく種々の変形又は修正が可能である。

Claims (6)
- コイルばね内に配置されるトーションダンパであって、
樹脂製で円柱状の本体部と、
前記本体部の外周面上に形成された溝部と、
を備え、
前記溝部は、螺旋状に延びる、
トーションダンパ。
- 前記溝部は、前記コイルバネの巻方向と逆の巻方向である、
請求項1に記載のトーションダンパ。
- 前記溝部の幅は、前記コイルバネの線径よりも小さい、
請求項1又は2に記載のトーションダンパ。
- 前記溝部は、一対の側壁部と、底部と、を有し、
前記一対の側壁部は、前記底部に近づくにつれて、互いに近づくように傾斜する、
請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のトーションダンパ。
- 前記本体部は、前記溝部が形成された箇所を除き、径が一定である、
請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のトーションダンパ。
- 回転可能に配置される第1回転部材と、
前記第1回転部材と相対回転可能に配置される第2回転部材と、
前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材とを弾性的に連結するコイルばねと、
前記コイルばね内に配置される、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のトーションダンパ
と、
を備える、ダンパ装置。
