Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態としてのスプリング組立体を有するダンパ装置1の正面図である。図1のダンパ装置1は、図示しないエンジン及びトランスミッションの間に、配置される。
ここでは、スプリング組立体4の動作について説明する。
本発明は以上のような実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の範囲を逸脱することなく種々の変形又は修正が可能である。

Claims (5)
- 捩り振動を吸収・減衰するためのスプリング組立体であって、
第1コイルスプリングと、
前記第1コイルスプリングの内周部に配置され、前記第1コイルスプリングより軸方向長さが短い第2コイルスプリングと、
を備え、
前記第2コイルスプリングは、両端部それぞれの1巻き目から少なくとも2巻き目までを含む第1巻き部と、前記第1巻き部を除く第2巻き部とを、有し、
前記第1巻き部の各巻き目の外径は、前記第2巻き部の各巻き目の外径より小さく、
前記第1巻き部は、小径部であり、
前記第2巻き部は、1対の前記小径部の間に設けられ前記小径部より大径の大径部と、1対の前記小径部それぞれと前記大径部との間に各別に設けられる1対の中間部とを、有し、
前記小径部の各巻き目の外径は、前記中間部の巻き目の内径より大きく、
前記中間部の各巻き目の外径は、前記大径部の各巻き目の内径より大きい、
スプリング組立体。 - 前記小径部の各巻き目の外径は、前記前記大径部の各巻き目の内径より大きい、
請求項1に記載のスプリング組立体。 - 前記中間部の各巻き目の外径は、前記大径部から前記小径部に向かうにつれて、小さくなっている、

請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のスプリング組立体。 - 捩り振動を吸収・減衰するためのダンパ装置であって、
入力回転部材と、
前記入力回転部材と相対回転可能に構成される出力回転部材と、
前記入力回転部材と前記出力回転部材とを回転方向に弾性的に連結する請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のスプリング組立体と、
を備えるダンパ装置。
