Claims (9)
- 櫛歯システム(I)を有する破砕装置であって、前記破砕装置は、機械フレームに回転自在に取り付けられて、その上に配置された少なくとも1つの破砕ツール(2)を有する少なくとも1つの破砕ローラー(1)で構成され、前記破砕装置は、前記破砕ツール(2)と協働する少なくとも1つのカウンターブレード(3)を備え、前記櫛歯システム(I)は、その上に前記少なくとも1つのカウンターブレード(3)が配置されかつふるい分け装置(4)の構成要素としての少なくとも1つのふるい分け要素(41)を配置することができるベース櫛歯(II)を備え、前記ふるい分け装置(4)は、目的の用途での使用の際、少なくとも部分的に前記破砕ローラー(1)を取り囲み、前記ふるい分け要素(41)は、前記ベース櫛歯(II)上でサスペンション(6)によってばね式で取り付けられる破砕装置において、
前記サスペンション(6)は、螺旋ばねとして構成される少なくとも1つの圧縮ばね(61)から形成され、前記圧縮ばねの中心部には、弾性材料で作られた少なくとも1つの円筒体(64)が配置され、前記円筒体(64)は、前記圧縮ばね(61)の内部ばね距離の一部のみにわたって延びるか又は内部ばね距離の全てにわたって延び、
取り付け部(7)が、前記ベース櫛歯(II)上の取り付け部の一部として設けられており、該取り付け部(7)の上に前記ふるい分け要素(41)が枢動可能に取り付けられており、及び/又は前記取り付け部(7)は直角に構成され、前記ふるい分け要素(41)を取り囲むために、少なくとも前記ふるい分け要素(41)に面する側面でフォーク形状に形成され、
ロック部品(71)が、前記ふるい分け要素(41)を固定するために設けられており、前記ロック部品(71)は、前記取り付け部(7)上に締結要素(72)を用いて固定することができる、破砕装置。 - 前記弾性材料は、エラストマーである、請求項1に記載の破砕装置。
- 前記円筒体(64)は、エラストマーばね要素として形成され、その外径は、前記圧縮ばね(61)の内径及び/又はコア径に対応する、請求項1又は2に記載の破砕装置。
- 前記円筒体(64)用の材料は、ショア硬度60から120のエラストマーである、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の破砕装置。
- 前記取り付け部(7)上に、平らな鉄製部品(8)が横方向に設けられ、前記平らな鉄製部品(8)は、前記ふるい分け要素(41)の後方指向脚部を横方向に案内し、及び/又は前記平らな鉄製部品(8)は、前記ふるい分け要素(41)の前記脚部に面する側面上で横方向に傾斜しており、所定の制限までの横方向移動が可能になっている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の破砕装置。
- 前記圧縮ばね(61)は、端部において締結特徴部を有するエンドディスク(65)を備え、及び/又は前記圧縮ばね(61)は、少なくとも部分的にばねスリーブ(63)内に配置される、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の破砕装置。
- 交換可能シート(10)が前記ベース櫛歯(II)上に設けられ、前記交換可能シート(10)上には前記取り付け部(7)、前記サスペンション(6)、及び前記ふるい分け要素(41)が取り外し可能に配置され、
前記取り付け部(7)、前記サスペンション(6)、及び前記ふるい分け要素(41)は交換可能である、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の破砕装置。 - 複数のふるい分け要素(41)が前記シート(10)上に配置され、前記ふるい分け要素(41)は、集合的に取り付け可能に及び/又は取り外し可能な組立体としてシート(10)に提供される、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の破砕装置。
- 前記ふるい分け要素(41)の前記破砕ローラー(1)からの距離は調整可能である及び/又は枢動装置(5)が設けられ、これによって前記ベース櫛歯(II)は、軸(A)の周りを枢動できる、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の破砕装置。
