Description
Claims (7)
- 複数の貫通穴が形成された基板を位置決めして保持する保持装置と、
位置が予め既知である1対のピンを備える部品を保持する部品保持具と、前記部品保持具を水平方向に移動させる水平方向移動装置と前記部品保持具を垂直方向に移動させる垂直方向移動装置とを備え、前記保持装置により位置決めして保持された前記基板の複数の貫通穴のうちの1対の貫通穴に前記水平方向移動装置と前記垂直方向移動装置とを作動させて前記部品保持具が保持した前記部品が備える1対のピンを挿入する挿入装置と、
前記1対のピンと前記基板の複数の貫通穴のうちの1対の貫通穴とを同時に撮像する撮像装置と
を備え、
前記挿入装置を作動させて、前記保持装置により位置決めして保持された前記基板の複数の貫通穴のうちの1対の貫通穴に前記部品保持具が保持した前記部品が備える1対のピンを挿入した状態で、前記1対の貫通穴と前記1対のピンとを前記撮像装置が撮像した画像データに基づいて、前記1対の貫通穴と前記1対のピンとの位置ズレ量を演算する対基板作業機。 - 前記挿入装置が前記部品保持具を垂直軸線回りに自転させる自転装置をも備え、前記保持装置により位置決めして保持された前記基板の複数の貫通穴のうちの1対の貫通穴に前記水平方向移動装置と前記垂直方向移動装置と前記自転装置とを作動させて前記部品保持具が保持した前記部品が備える1対のピンを挿入するものであり、
前記挿入装置を作動させて、前記保持装置により位置決めして保持された前記基板の複数の貫通穴のうちの1対の貫通穴に前記部品保持具が保持した前記部品が備える1対のピンを挿入した状態で、前記1対の貫通穴と前記1対のピンとを前記撮像装置が撮像した画像データに基づいて、前記1対の貫通穴と前記1対のピンとの位置ズレ量およびズレ角を演算する請求項1に記載の対基板作業機。 - 前記画像データが、2次元画像データである請求項1または請求項2に記載の対基板作業機。
- 前記撮像装置が2次元撮像装置であり、同時に撮像する前記基板の下面と前記1対のピンの下端面とが被写界深度内になるように配設された請求項3に記載の対基板作業機。
- 前記撮像装置を水平方向に移動させるユニット移動装置を備え、
前記1対の貫通穴と前記1対のピンとを同時に撮像するときに前記撮像装置は前記ユニット移動装置を作動させて前記1対のピンが挿入される前記1対の貫通穴の下方に移動する請求項4に記載の対基板作業機。 - 前記部品が本体と前記1対のピンとを備えた治具であり、それら1対のピンの寸法およびピッチは規格化されている請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の対基板作業機。
- 前記1対のピンは、前記本体の面から伸び出したものである請求項6に記載の対基板作業機。
