Description
本実施形態に係る工作機械1は、図1に示されるように、工作機械本体2と、制御装置3とを備えている。
主軸4は、図1および図4に示されるように、直動機構6によって鉛直方向に移動可能に支持された主軸ヘッド7に支持されている。直動機構6は、鉛直方向に延びて床面に固定されたベース8と、ベース8に対して鉛直方向に移動可能なスライダ9とを備え、主軸ヘッド7はスライダ9に固定されている。
タレット12は、直動機構6のベース8から延びる支持部材13によって支持されるとともに、水平な揺動軸線B回りに揺動可能に支持されている。主軸ヘッド7の側面にはカム14が設けられており、タレット12にはカム14に倣って動作するカムフォロワ15が設けられている。
制御装置3は、プロセッサおよびメモリにより構成されている。
また、近接センサ20がドローバ10を検出している図7の状態となったときに、制御部19は、停止日時記憶部17に記憶されている日時の情報をリセットすることにしてもよい。これにより、工具30が装着されないまま経過した時間が停止時間に含まれることを防止できる。

Claims (4)
- 工具を着脱可能に取り付ける主軸と、
複数の前記工具を保持し、いずれかの前記工具の前記主軸への着脱を行う工具交換装置と、
前記主軸の稼働を最後に停止させたときの日時を記憶する日時記憶部と、
前記主軸から前記工具を取り外す際に、前記日時記憶部に記憶されている前記日時に基づいて前記主軸の停止時間を算出する算出部とを備え、
前記工具交換装置は、前記算出部により算出された前記停止時間が所定の閾値よりも長い場合には、前記閾値以下の場合よりも長い時間をかけて前記工具交換装置と前記主軸とを相対移動させて前記工具の前記主軸からの取り外し動作を行う工作機械。 - 工具を着脱可能に取り付ける主軸と、
複数の前記工具を保持し、いずれかの前記工具の前記主軸への着脱を行う工具交換装置と、
前記工具の交換を最後に行ったときの日時を記憶する日時記憶部と、
前記主軸から前記工具を取り外す際に、前記日時記憶部に記憶されている前記日時に基づいて交換後経過時間を算出する算出部とを備え、
前記工具交換装置は、前記算出部により算出された前記交換後経過時間が所定の閾値よりも長い場合には、前記閾値以下の場合よりも長い時間をかけて前記工具交換装置と前記主軸とを相対移動させて前記工具の前記主軸からの取り外し動作を行う工作機械。 - 前記主軸に前記工具が装着されているか否かを判別する工具判別手段を備え、
前記工具交換装置は、前記工具判別手段によって、前記主軸が前記工具を装着したままの状態で稼働を停止した場合にのみ、前記工具の前記主軸からの取り外し動作にかける時間を長くする請求項1または請求項2に記載の工作機械。 - 前記工具交換装置は、前記主軸から前記工具を取り外す方向に前記工具を移動させる動作の速度を低下させることにより、前記工具の前記主軸からの取り外し動作にかける時間を長くする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の工作機械。
