Description
しかし既存発明は製作費用の減少が可能ながらも安定的にパイプを支持する技術は開示していない。
また、上述したような技術的課題に限定されず、以下の説明からまた別の技術的課題が導出され得ることは自明である。
支持部400は第1本体410を含む。
高分子樹脂はポリウレタン樹脂が好ましく、上記ポリウレタン樹脂は主剤と硬化剤からなった2液型ウレタン接着剤で製作されることができる。
支持部420は第5本体425を含む。
パイプ固定装置160は、補助固定部300及び支持部430を含む。
高分子樹脂はポリウレタン樹脂が好ましく、上記ポリウレタン樹脂は主剤と硬化剤からなった2液型ウレタン接着剤で製作されることができる。
支持部430は第6本体435を含む。
補助固定部300は、補助フレーム310、ストッパ320及びストッパ330を含む。
パイプ固定装置170は、補助固定部350及び支持部440を含む。
上記ポリウレタン樹脂は主剤と硬化剤からなった2液型ウレタン接着剤で製作されることができる。

Claims (5)
- 内部の第1空間が上部に形成された開口部を介して外部に開放されたチャンネル(Channel)形態で形成される固定部、及び、
製鋼スラグを再加工したスラグボール及び高分子樹脂が混合されて形成された混合物が成形モールドに注入されて固められた後に常温で乾燥して製作され、上記固定部の下部に結合される支持部を含み、
上記開口部の前後方に該当する上記固定部の上端縁の一部は上記第1空間に向かって折曲げられるように形成され、
それぞれの一端はパイプを間に置き上記上端縁にフック形態で結着され、他端は一端から上部に向かって延長され上記パイプを囲んで互いに結合されるクランプを介して、上記パイプが固定される
ことを特徴とするパイプ固定装置。 - 上記支持部の一側及び他側を連結する通路形態で上記支持部を貫通するように形成される下部空間に取付けられる補助固定部をさらに含む
請求項1に記載のパイプ固定装置。 - 上記支持部は、
下端部はプレート形態で形成され、上端部は互いに離隔された下端部の一部分が上部に向かって延長されて上記固定部の下部に結合されるように形成される
請求項1に記載のパイプ固定装置。 - 固定部及び、上記固定部と結合されて上記固定部を支持する支持部を含むパイプ固定装置の製作方法において、
製鋼スラグを再加工したスラグボール及び高分子樹脂を混合する混合段階、
上記スラグボール及び上記高分子樹脂の混合物を成形モールドに注入し固める成形段階、及び、
上記混合物を常温で乾燥して上記支持部を製作する乾燥段階、を含む
ことを特徴とするパイプ固定装置の製作方法。 - 上記混合物の組成比は、スラグボール70~80重量部、セラミックスパウダー5~15重量部、ポリウレタン樹脂5~15重量部、及び硬化剤1~5重量部で構成される
請求項4に記載のパイプ固定装置の製作方法。
