Description
前記肉盛層は、少なくとも一方が多層構造で構成され、表層がCo又はNiを主成分とし、Cr,Mo,Cを含む合金で構成され、前記母材の表面に位置する下層がNi又はCoを主成分とし、Cr,Moを含み、前記表層よりもCの含有比率が小さく、前記母材よりも炭素固溶度が大きい合金で構成されていることを特徴とする、摺動部材を提供する。

Claims (1)
- 二相系ステンレスを母材とする摺動部材であり、その摺動面に表層と下層からなる2層構造の肉盛層を有し、前記表層がCoを主成分とし、Cr,Mo,Cを含み、ブリネル硬度がHB400以上の高耐食Co合金で構成され、前記下層がNiを主成分とし、Cr,Moを含み、前記表層を構成する高耐食Co合金及び母材よりもCの含有比率が少ない、表層を構成する高耐食Co合金よりも軟質のブリネル硬度がHB200-300のNi合金で構成されていることを特徴とする摺動部材。
