Claims (4)
- 基部と、当該基部表面に設けられた被覆部とを備えた材料にて構成され、前記被覆部が石英粒を含む河川水の流通時の接触面となる流水用耐摩耗部材において、
前記被覆部は、質量%でCが0.03%以下のフェライト系ステンレス鋼にて構成され、かつ、前記基部表面に接合され、石英粒を含む河川水の流水中におけるエロ―ジョン及びコロージョンの耐性が高められたことを特徴とする流水用耐摩耗部材。 - 前記被覆部を構成するフェライト系ステンレス鋼は、シャルピー衝撃試験の延性破面遷移温度が室温以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流水用耐摩耗部材。
- 前記被覆部を構成するフェライト系ステンレス鋼は、0.2%耐力が205N/mm2以上、引張強さが440N/mm2以上、伸びが20%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の流水用耐摩耗部材。
- 水車のランナ、ライナ、ガイドベーン、ケーシング、及び導水管のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の流水用耐摩耗部材。
