図1は、本発明の実施形態1に係る電池モジュール100の外観斜視図である。図2は、図1に示す電池モジュール100の分解斜視図である。
次に、図1および図2ならびに図6から図8を援用し、図10および図11を参照して本発明の実施形態2に係る電池モジュール100Aについて説明する。図10は、本発明の実施形態2に係る電池モジュール100Aの拡大断面図である。図11は、図10に示すバスバー2Aの斜視図である。
次に、図1および図2を援用し、図12ないし図14を参照して本発明の実施形態3に係る電池モジュール100Bについて説明する。図12は、本発明の実施形態3に係る電池モジュール100Bの拡大斜視図である。図13は、図12に示すXIII-XIII線に沿う拡大断面図である。図14は、図12に示すモジュール端子101Nに接続されたバスバー2Bの斜視図である。なお、図12では、モジュールカバー25の一部である端子カバーを切除した状態を示している。

Claims (3)
- モジュール端子と、複数の単電池を含む電池群と、該電池群の前記複数の単電池を接続するとともに該電池群を前記モジュール端子に接続する複数のバスバーとを備えた電池モジュールであって、
前記電池群は、扁平角形の前記単電池を厚さ方向に積層させて構成され、
前記モジュール端子は、前記単電池の積層方向において前記電池群の両側に配置され、
前記複数のバスバーのうち、少なくとも前記電池群を前記モジュール端子に接続する一対のバスバーの一つは、ヒューズ部を有し、
前記ヒューズ部の下方に、前記ヒューズ部の体積よりも大きい容積の空隙を有し、
前記一対のバスバーは、平板状の一対の接続部と、該一対の接続部の間で該接続部に交差する方向に屈曲された屈曲部と、を有し、
前記ヒューズ部は、前記屈曲部と前記接続部の双方に跨って設けられていることを特徴とする電池モジュール。 - モジュール端子と、複数の単電池を含む電池群と、該電池群の前記複数の単電池を接続するとともに該電池群を前記モジュール端子に接続する複数のバスバーとを備えた電池モジュールであって、
前記電池群は、扁平角形の前記単電池を厚さ方向に積層させて構成され、
前記モジュール端子は、前記単電池の積層方向において前記電池群の両側に配置され、
前記複数のバスバーのうち、少なくとも前記電池群を前記モジュール端子に接続する一対のバスバーの一つは、ヒューズ部を有し、
前記ヒューズ部の下方に、前記ヒューズ部の体積よりも大きい容積の空隙を有し、
前記バスバーは、銅製の銅部分とアルミニウム製のアルミニウム部分とが接合された構成を有し、
前記ヒューズ部は、前記アルミニウム部分に設けられていることを特徴とする電池モジュール。 - 前記複数の単電池を保持する筐体を備え、
前記空隙は、前記単電池と前記筐体とによって画定され、前記単電池が配置されていないことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
