項2. 前記繊維基材が、織物である、項1記載の積層シート.
項3. 前記織物が炭素繊維織物である、項2に記載の積層シート.
項4. 前記金属元素又は半金属元素含有層が、アルミニウム、銅、鉄、銀、金、白金、クロム、ニッケル、モリブデン、チタン、ケイ素、ゲルマニウム、及びガリウムからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を含む、項1~3いずれかに記載の積層シート.
項5. 前記目留処理材が、前記繊維基材の、前記金属元素又は半金属元素含有層側とは反対側の表面上に配置されている、項1~4のいずれかに記載の積層シート.
項6. 前記目留処理材が樹脂不織布である、項1~5のいずれかに記載の積層シート.
項7. 少なくとも樹脂不織布、繊維基材、金属層、半金属層を有し、これらがこの順に積層されている、項1~6のいずれかに記載の積層シート.
項8. 前記樹脂不織布を構成する素材がポリアミド樹脂あることを特徴とする、項6又は7に記載の積層シート.
項9. 項1~8のいずれかに記載の積層シート及び樹脂を有する、複合材料.
項10. 自動車用内外装用材料として用いるための、項9に記載の複合材料.
項11. 項9又は10記載の複合材料を有する、移動体.
項12. 織物と、金属元素又は半金属元素を30質量%以上100質量%未満含有する金属元素又は半金属元素含有層と、熱可塑性樹脂不織布とを有し、
熱可塑性樹脂不織布、織物、金属元素又は半金属元素含有層がこの順に積層されている、積層シート.
項13. 自動車用内外装用材料として用いるための、項9に記載の複合材料の使用.
項14. 目留処理材を有する織物に、金属元素又は半金属元素含有層を成膜する工程を含む、積層シートの製造方法.
項15. 織物と、金属元素又は半金属元素含有層とを有する積層シートの織糸のずれを抑制するための、不織布の使用方法.
本発明は、その一態様において、繊維基材と、金属元素又は半金属元素含有層とを有し、且つ前記繊維基材が目留処理材を保持する、積層シート(本明細書において、「本発明の積層シート」と示すこともある。)、に関する。以下に、これについて説明する。
繊維基材は、繊維又は繊維束を素材として含む基材であって、シート状のものである限り、特に制限されない。繊維基材は、本発明の効果が著しく損なわれない限りにおいて、繊維及び繊維束以外の成分が含まれていてもよい。その場合、繊維基材中の繊維及び繊維束の合計量は、例えば80質量%以上、好ましくは90質量%以上、より好ましくは95質量%以上、さらに好ましくは99質量%以上であり、通常100質量%未満である。繊維基材としては、例えば、織物、編物、不織布等が挙げられる。これらの中でも、表面の凹凸形状が比較的大きく、本発明の積層シートの意匠性がより高くなるという観点、目ずれが生じやすく、本発明による変色の低減効果がより高くなるという観点から、好ましくは織物、編物等が挙げられ、より好ましくは織物が挙げられる。
目留処理材は、物理的な力による織物基材の目ずれを抑制することができる態様、素材(目留処理材中、最も含有量の高い成分/材料。例えば、目留処理材100質量%に対して、例えば60質量%以上、70質量%以上、80質量%以上、90質量%以上、95質量%以上、99質量%以上の成分/材料)である限り、特に制限されない。
金属元素又は半金属元素含有層は、繊維基材上(好ましくは、繊維基材の表面上)に配置されている層である。
金属層は、繊維基材上に配置される、換言すれば繊維基材の有する2つの主面の少なくとも1方の表面上に配置される。金属層により、光沢感、耐変色性、色彩の鮮やかさ等をより向上させることができる。金属層は、光学干渉や光の反射により、主に色彩における明度を調整することができる。金属層と繊維基材との間には、他の層が備えられていてもよい。
色調調整層は、通常、金属層上に配置される。換言すれば金属層の繊維基材とは反対側の表面上に配置される。色調調整層層と金属層との間には、他の層が備えられていてもよい。
本発明の積層シートは、金属層又は色調調整層の繊維基材とは反対側の表面上に、酸化物層を有することが好ましい。酸化物層により、耐変色性等の耐久性をより向上させることができる。
本発明の積層シートは、繊維基材の表面に金属元素又は半金属元素含有層を形成又は成膜する工程を含む方法により得ることができる。また、酸化物層を含む場合は、例えば、繊維基材又は金属元素又は半金属元素含有層の表面に酸化物層を形成する工程を含む方法により、得ることができる。本発明の好ましい一態様においては、目留処理材を有する織物に、金属元素又は半金属元素含有層を成膜する工程を含む、積層シートの製造方法、が挙げられる。
本発明の積層シートは、色彩の角度依存性に優れているので、意匠性がより高められた積層シート、特徴的な意匠性を発揮する積層シートとして、各種分野において、例えば樹脂との複合材料として利用することができる。
(実施例1)
基材として、炭素繊維(目付量240g/m2、フィラメント径7μm、密度15本/インチ)が綾織で織られた織物の表面上に目留処理材として熱可塑性(ポリアミド)樹脂不織布が配置されている基材(三菱ケミカル社製「TR35AB MTGL」)を使用した。

続いて、アルゴンガスを導入して、DCマグネトロンスパッタリング法により、金属層の織物側とは反対側の表面上に、半金属層としてSi層(平均厚み10nm)を形成して、目留処理材、繊維基材(織物)、金属層、半金属層の順に積層されてなる積層シートを得た。
基材として、炭素繊維(目付量240g/m2、フィラメント径7μm、密度15本/インチ)が綾織で織られた織物(三菱ケミカル社製「TR3524M」)の表面上に目留処理材としてポリイミドフィルムテープ(電子通商製「ST-830JP」)が配置されている基材を使用する以外は、実施例1と同様にして積層シートを得た。
基材として、炭素繊維(目付量240g/m2、フィラメント径7μm、密度15本/インチ)が綾織で織られた織物(三菱ケミカル社製「TR3524M」)の表面上に目留処理材としてポリイミドフィルムテープ(電子通商製「ST-830JP」)が配置されている基材を使用する以外は、実施例2と同様にして積層シートを得た。
基材として、目留処理材を保持していない織物(炭素繊維(目付量240g/m2、フィラメント径7μm、密度15本/インチ)が綾織で織られた織物(三菱ケミカル社製「TR3524 M」))を使用する以外は、実施例1と同様にして積層シートを得た。

金属層をTiとする以外は実施例1と同様にして積層シートを得た。

基材として、炭素繊維(目付量240g/m2、フィラメント径7μm、密度15本/インチ)が綾織で織られた織物の表面上に目留処理材として熱可塑性(ポリアミド)樹脂不織布が配置されている基材(三菱ケミカル社製「TR35AB MTGL」)を使用した。
金属層をTiとする以外は比較例1と同様にして積層シートを得た。
金属層をTiとする以外は比較例2と同様にして積層シートを得た。
実施例6にて作製した積層シートを真空装置内に設置し、5.0×10-4Pa以下となるまで真空排気した。続いて、アルゴンガスと酸素の混合ガスを導入して、MFマグネトロンスパッタリング法により、基材の目留処理材側とは反対側の表面上に、酸化物層としてTiO2層(平均厚み5nm)を形成して、目留処理材、繊維基材(織物)、金属層、半金属層、酸化物層の順に積層されてなる積層シートを得た。
(2-1)色及び色差の測定
分光測色計(コニカミノルタ社製「CM-2500d」)を用いて、JIS Z8781-4(2013)に準拠して、積層シートの金属元素又は半金属元素含有層側の表面、及び繊維基材の表面のL*a*b*表色系におけるL*、a*、b*を測定した。
積層シートを100mm×100mm角のサイズにカットし、直径10mmのSUSパイプに巻きつけ、3秒保持後巻解く。これを10回繰り返し、巻きつけ前後の積層シートの金属元素又は半金属元素含有層側の表面のL*a*b*表色系におけるL*、a*、b*を測定し、巻き付け試験前後における色差ΔE* abを求めた。
変色の程度について、以下の基準で判定した。
◎:ΔE* abが3未満
○:ΔE* abが6未満、3以上
×:ΔE* abが6以上。
分光測色計(コニカミノルタ社製「CM-2500d」)を用いて、JIS Z8781-4(2013)に準拠して、積層シートの金属元素又は半金属元素含有層側の表面のL*a*b*表色系におけるL*、a*、b*を測定した。測定後、積層シートを高温高湿チャンバーに入れ、85℃、85%湿度の条件下、240hr静置し、その後の積層シートの金属元素又は半金属元素含有層側の表面のL*a*b*表色系におけるL*、a*、b*を同様にして測定した。高温高湿試験前後のL*、a*、b*からJIS Z8781-4(2013)に準拠して、色差ΔE* abを求めた。
結果を表1~3に示す。

Claims (11)
- 繊維基材と、金属元素又は半金属元素含有層とを有し、前記繊維基材が目留処理材を保持し、且つ前記目留処理材が樹脂不織布である、積層シート。
- 前記繊維基材が、織物である、請求項1記載の積層シート。
- 前記織物が炭素繊維織物である、請求項2に記載の積層シート。
- 前記金属元素又は半金属元素含有層が、アルミニウム、銅、鉄、銀、金、白金、クロム、ニッケル、モリブデン、チタン、ケイ素、ゲルマニウム、及びガリウムからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を含む、請求項1~3いずれかに記載の積層シート。
- 前記目留処理材が、前記繊維基材の、前記金属元素又は半金属元素含有層側とは反対側の表面上に配置されている、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の積層シート。
- 少なくとも樹脂不織布、繊維基材、金属層、半金属層を有し、これらがこの順に積層されている、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の積層シート。
- 前記樹脂不織布を構成する素材がポリアミド樹脂あることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の積層シート。
- 請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の積層シート及び樹脂を有する、複合材料。
- 自動車用内外装用材料として用いるための、請求項8に記載の複合材料。
- 請求項8又は9記載の複合材料を有する、移動体。
- 織物と、金属元素又は半金属元素を30質量%以上100質量%未満含有する金属元素又は半金属元素含有層と、熱可塑性樹脂不織布とを有し、
熱可塑性樹脂不織布、織物、金属元素又は半金属元素含有層がこの順に積層されている、積層シート。
