Description

陰圧を使用した従来の被覆材は、創傷被覆材から離れた位置に位置する陰圧源を具備してきた。さらに、使用時、創傷滲出液が被覆材内に染み込む場合があり、創傷からの水分によって電子構成要素を被覆材内へ取り込むことが困難となっている。
創傷被覆材装置であって、
創傷に接触して位置決めされるよう構成された創傷接触層と、

- 創傷部位の上に位置決めされるように構成された創傷被覆材であって、前記創傷部位と接触して位置決めされるように構成された創傷接触層、吸収層、及び、前記創傷接触層を覆って当該創傷被覆材の周縁部において前記創傷接触層と封止を形成するように構成されたカバーを備える、創傷被覆材と、
前記創傷被覆材の中に位置決めされた陰圧源であって、入口と出口とを備え、前記創傷部位に陰圧を印加するように操作可能である、陰圧源と、
前記創傷被覆材の中に位置決めされ、前記出口と流体連通する逆止弁であって、空気の前記創傷被覆材内への逆流を阻止するように構成された、逆止弁と、
を備え、
前記創傷被覆材が、前記陰圧源及び前記逆止弁を取り囲む空間を形成することを特徴とする創傷被覆材装置。 - 前記逆止弁が、前記出口を通って前記創傷被覆材内への空気の逆流を阻止するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材装置。
- 前記逆止弁が、前記出口に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の創傷被覆材装置。
- 前記逆止弁が、前記出口に流体連通する第1端部と、排出構成要素に流体連通する第2端部と、を備え、
前記排出構成要素が、前記出口から外気へ空気を導くように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の創傷被覆材装置。 - 前記逆止弁が、少なくとも部分的に前記出口に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の創傷被覆材装置。
- 排出システムをさらに備え、
前記逆止弁が、前記排出システムに少なくとも部分的に一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の創傷被覆材装置。 - 前記逆止弁が、当該創傷被覆材装置を通る約1mL/分の公称流量に対して500Pa未満のクラッキング圧力を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の創傷被覆材装置。
- 前記逆止弁が、大気下において10.7kPaの公称の固定真空で計測された場合、30mL/分未満の流出抵抗を有することを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の創傷被覆材装置。
