Claims (4)
- 前面に複数のアンテナ素子が配列されたアンテナ基板と、
前面に電気的駆動によって発熱する複数の第1発熱素子が備えられた送受信モジュール基板と、
前記アンテナ基板のアンテナ素子および前記送受信モジュール基板の前記第1発熱素子を信号連結する複数のRFエアラインと、
前記複数の第1発熱素子の熱を放熱させるための前方放熱部と、
前記複数のRFエアラインの前後方向長さを前記前方放熱部の前後方向長さよりも長くなるよう設けることで、前記アンテナ基板の後面と前記送受信モジュール基板の前面との間に形成された離隔空間とを備え、
前記複数の第1発熱素子の熱は、前記前方放熱部および前記離隔空間の四方から吹き込まれる風により放熱される、多重入出力アンテナ装置。 - 前記前方放熱部は、
前記送受信モジュール基板の前面が密着するように配置され、前方に複数のメイン放熱フィンが突出して備えられた前方放熱本体と、
前記前方放熱本体を貫通するように配置され、一端部が前記送受信モジュール基板の前記第1発熱素子の少なくとも一部と密着し、他端部に前記第1発熱素子から伝導された熱を外部に放熱させる複数のサブ放熱フィンが備えられた複数の前方単位放熱体とを含む、請求項1に記載の多重入出力アンテナ装置。 - 前記複数の前方単位放熱体は、前記複数のサブ放熱フィンが前記離隔空間に露出する、請求項2に記載の多重入出力アンテナ装置。
- 前記複数の前方単位放熱体は、
前記第1発熱素子のいずれか1つに接触するように前記前方放熱本体に結合させる結合部と、
前記結合部を介して伝導された熱を前記離隔空間に伝達させる伝導部と、
前記伝導部の外周に積層式で離隔具備された前記複数のサブ放熱フィンとを含む、請求項2に記載の多重入出力アンテナ装置。
