Claims (3)
- 内部圧力が0.5~1.2barg(ゲージ圧)である流動層反応器内に触媒と炭素源を供給してカーボンナノチューブを製造する段階を含み、
前記カーボンナノチューブは、直径が0.4~10nmであり、
前記流動層反応器は、内部温度が530~1100℃であり、
前記炭素源は、炭素数1~4の飽和及び不飽和炭化水素からなる群から選択された一つ以上であり、
前記触媒は、金属触媒である、
流動層反応器におけるカーボンナノチューブの製造方法。 - 前記金属触媒は、鉄(Fe)、モリブデン(Mo)、チタニウム(Ti)、バナジウム(V)、クロム(Cr)、マンガン(Mn)、ニッケル(Ni)、コバルト(Co)、銅(Cu)、カドミウム(Cd)、亜鉛(Zn)、ルテニウム(Ru)、鉛(Pd)、銀(Ag)、白金(Pt)及び金(Au)のいずれか一つの金属、又はこれらの合金から選択されたいずれか一つである、請求項1に記載の流動層反応器におけるカーボンナノチューブの製造方法。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブは、1~10層の層からなる、請求項1に記載の流動層反応器におけるカーボンナノチューブの製造方法。
